2014 Cross Country: Received MAAC All-Academic Team honors…Captured 36th place at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 10 with an 8000-meter clocking of 27:58.30…Placed fourth on the squad and 83rd overall at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31, running 8000 meters in a season-best time of 27:36.83…Posted a time of 34:08.58 for 10,000 meters at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 14…Completed the five-mile course in 28:00.20 at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 22.
2014 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Placed seventh in the mile (4:18.56) at the Shamrock Invitational on March 20…Finished third in the 800 meters (1:51.49) at the ASU Invitational on March 28.
2013-14 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Won the 1000 meters (2:28.39) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 30…Posted a season-best time of 1:56.08 in the 800 meters at the Armory Collegiate Invitational on Feb. 7…Finished fifth in the mile (4:12.65) and 11th in the 800 (1:56.44) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21…Defended his title in the 1000 at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 8, recording a time of 2:25.44.

2011 Outdoors: Registered a season-best clocking of 1:53.59 in the 800 meters at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 18…Had a season-best time of 3:58.34 in the 1500 meters at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 1…Secured eighth-place points in the 1500 (4:11.88) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 15…Placed sixth in both the 800 (1:56.51) and 1500 (3:58.81) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7.
2010-11 Indoors: Captured second place in the 1000 meters (2:25.94) at the Armory Collegiate Challenge on Feb. 25…Qualified for the final of the 1000 at the IC4A Indoor Championships (March 5), placing seventh in 2:26.34.
Before Manhattan: Won a bronze medal in the 800 meters at the Swedish Junior Championships…Captured a silver and a bronze in the 800 meters and 1500 meters at the Swedish School Championships…Ran a personal-best time of 1:52.09 in the 800 and 3:53.97 in the 1500.
