2014 Outdoors: Posted a time of 4:29.74 in the 1500 meters at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 4…Had a season-best clocking of 16:43.73 in the 5000 meters at the Lions Invitational on April 26…Ran the 5000 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 3), recording a time of 17:17.74.
2013 Cross Country: Ran 5000 meters in 18:08 at the St. John’s/Hofstra Fall Festival on Sept. 7…Recorded a season-best time of 28:50.74 over 8000 meters at the LIU Post Invitational on Sept. 14.
