2018 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Earned a season-best 800-meter race time of 1:54.85 at the 2018 Colonial Relays, finishing 21st...Won the 1,500-meter race at Monmouth on April 22 with a time of 4:09.86...Placed in the top 20 in the 1,500-meters at the 2018 MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, finishing in 4:05.53 (18th)...Was also a member of the fifth-place 4x800 team that recorded a time of 7:48.95 at the championships.
2017-18 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Began the season with a personal-best performance and first-place showing in the 3,000-meters at the 2017 Yale Season Opener on Dec. 9, hitting a time of 8:28.84...Recorded a season-best 4:12.30 in the mile at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, finishing 45th overall...Nearly met that mark in the event at the 2018 MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, finishing the race in 4:12.46 (sixth).
2017 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Won the Fordham Fiasco five-miler in Van Cortlandt Park on Sept. 9, running the course in 26:16.6...Named MAAC Runner of the Week on Sept. 12 for that effort...Earned a personal best 8K time of 24:47.7 at the Paul Short Run on Sept. 29...Earned another personal best, this time in the five miles, at the New York City Metropolitan Cross Country Championships on Oct. 13, recording a time of 25:56.9...Placed 17th overall at the 2017 MAAC Cross Country Championships, running the 6K course in 26:31.5 and helping the Jaspers to a second-place team finish...Recorded a top 30 finish at the 2017 IC4A Cross Country Championship, completing the five-mile course in 26:06.6 (29th).

2016 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Finished 13th at the season-opening Fordham Fiasco/Ed Joyce Memorial on Sept. 10, recording a time of 25:56.11 for 8000 meters…Completed the 8000-meter course in 25:39.50 to place 11th at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 15…Manhattan’s top finisher at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 29, ending up 13th overall with a season-best 8000-meter time of 25:25.39…Led the Jaspers at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 11, running 10,000 meters in 32:14.11 to secure 75th place overall.
