2017-18 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Earned a fourth-place finish in the 5,000-meters at the 2018 Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships, finishing in 15:10.72...Recorded a season best in the event at the 2018 MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, placing 10th with a time of 15:09.80...Snagged a personal best in the 3,000-meters at MAACs, finishing the race in 8:36.06 and earning 10th place.

2017 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Recorded a personal best in the five-miles at the Fordham Fiasco on Sept. 9, finishing with a time of 26:21.8, good for fourth place overall...Snagged another personal best at the Paul Short Run on Sept. 29, completing the 8K course in 24:55.9 (116th)...Earned a top 15 finish at the 2017 New York City Metropolitan Cross Country Championships on Oct. 13 with a time 26.38.2 (13th) for the five-mile course...Placed 22nd overall at the 2017 MAAC Cross Country Championships, finishing the 8K race in 26:46.1...Landed in the top 100 at the 2017 IC4A Cross Country Championships with a time of 27:12.5 (97th) for the five-mile course. 

2017 Outdoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Posted a season-best time of 30:40.27 to secure fifth place in the 10,000 meters at the Colonial Relays on March 30…Ran the 1500 meters in 4:04.89, which was good for ninth place, at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14…Took ninth in the 10,000 (31:57.65) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6.

2016-17 Indoors: Chosen to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Took fifth in the 3000 meters (8:45.27) at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 9…Placed fourth in the 5000 meters (15:37.63) at the Fordham Vince Forte Invitational on Jan. 13…Finished second in the 5000 (15:01.29) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 2…Secured 10^th place in the 5000 with a time of 15:04.41 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.

2016 Cross Country: Received MAAC All-Academic Team honors…Opened the season by running 8000 meters in 26:43.70 to place 22^nd overall at the Fordham Fiasco/Ed Joyce Memorial on Sept. 10…Secured 12^th place with a season-best 8000-meter clocking of 25:41.80 at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 15…Completed the 10,000-meter course in 32:23.09, the second-fastest time on the team, at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 11.

2016 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Finished fifth in the 10,000 meters (34:31.06) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 8…Took ninth in the 10,000 (32:14.99) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7.

2015-16 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Had a season-best time of 9:02.38 in the 3000 meters at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 22…Placed ninth in the 5000 meters (15:53.05) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4...Registered a season-best clocking of 15:40.00 in the 5000 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

2014 Cross Country: Began his Manhattan career with a 29:54.36 clocking over 8000 meters at the Fordham Fiasco/Ed Joyce Memorial on Sept. 6…Posted a season-best 8000-meter time of 28:50.00, which was good for 37^th place, at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 18…Completed the 8000-meter course in 28:04.57 at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31…Ran five miles in 28:00.80 at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 22.
