2015 Outdoors: Named MAAC Track Performer of the Week on March 24 after winning the 800 meters (1:50.09) at the season-opening Hurricane Invitational on March 21…Anchored the Jaspers to eighth place overall in the sprint medley relay Championship of America at the Penn Relays on April 24…Broke the meet record in the 800 with a time of 1:50.00, but had to settle for second place at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2…Also picked up a silver medal in the 4x400 meter relay at the MAAC Championships…Placed seventh in the preliminary round of the 800 (1:49.11) at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 15, but did not contest the final…Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round (May 28) in the 800, taking 40th place in a time of 1:50.25.

2014-15 Indoors: Had a season-best time of 1:20.87 in the 800 meters at the Metro Team Challenge on Jan. 23…Selected as MAAC Track Performer of the Week on Feb. 10 after taking first in the 800 (1:53.16) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 5…Anchored Manhattan to second place in the collegiate 4x400 meter relay at the Millrose Games on Feb. 14…Finished third in the 800 (1:51.13) and was a member of the silver medal-winning 4x400 relay squad at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21…Ran the third-fastest time in the 800 preliminaries (1:51.47) at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 5, then finished ninth in the final (1:54.95) the next day.

2014 Cross Country: Registered a season-best 8000-meter time of 27:59.18 at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31…Ran 10,000 meters in 34:34.94 at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 14.

2014 Outdoors: Placed second in the 800 meters (1:50.88) at the season-opening ASU Invitational on March 28…Took first in the 800 (1:51.01) at the Army Six-Way Meet on April 12…Ran the anchor leg on the Jaspers’ sprint medley relay squad that finished ninth in the Championship of America at the Penn Relays on April 24…Anchored the 4x400 meter relay to the bronze medal and grabbed fifth place in the 800 (1:54.86) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3…Finished 23rd in the 800 (1:51.38) at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 16.

2013-14 Indoors: Didn’t finish lower than second in seven individual races…Ran the mile at the Army Four-Way Meet on Jan. 11, notching a winning time of 4:18.77…Grabbed first place in the 1000 meters (2:28.25) at the NYU Saturday Night Shootout on Jan. 18…Secured second place in the 800 meters (1:52.88) at the NYU Team Challenge on Jan. 24…Placed second in the 800 (1:55.14) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 30…Won silver medals in the 800 (1:50.66) and 4x400 meter relay at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21…Recorded the best time in the preliminaries of the 800 (1:51.17) at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 8…Took second in the final the next day, posting a time of 1:50.89.

2013 Cross Country: Ran 6000 meters in 20:36.58 at the Stony Brook Season Opener on Aug. 31, good for 25th place…Secured 30th place at the LIU Post Invitational on Sept. 14, completing the 8000-meter course in 27:05.33…Finished 33rd in a season-best 8000-meter time of 26:56.60 at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 19…Posted a time of 29:12.12 over 8000 meters at the MAAC Championships on Nov. 1.

2013 Outdoors: Opened the season by winning the 800 meters (1:52.35) at the ASU Invitational on March 22…Finished first in the 800 (1:53.24) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 5…Secured second place in the 800 at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13, posting a time of 1:52.55…Took 10th in the 800 (1:51.37) at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 17…Collected gold medals in the 800 (1:51.23) and 4x400 meter relay, and added a bronze in the 4x800 meter relay at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 4…Made the final of the 800 at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 10, placing seventh overall with a 1:55.10 clocking.

2012-13 Indoors: Finished fifth in the 800 meters at the NYRR College Night at the Armory on Jan. 12, posting a 1:53.99 clocking…Grabbed second place in the 800 (1:52.91) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 24…Placed fourth in the 800 (1:54.34) and anchored the distance medley relay squad to a silver medal at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 15…Ran the 800 at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 1, registering a season-best time of 1:52.24.

2012 Cross Country: Captured 39th place at the Stony Brook Season Opener on Sept. 1, completing the 6000-meter course in 21:40.83…Notched a season-best 8000-meter time of 27:09.43 at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 27…Registered a 35:17.60 clocking for 10,000 meters at the NCAA Northeast Regional on Nov. 9.

2012 Outdoors: Took fifth in the 800 meters (1:52.51) at the season-opening Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 16…Finished third in the 800 (1:54.86) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Nipped the second-place finisher at the line to earn victory in the 800 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 5), posting a season-best time of 1:50.63…Also anchored the 4x400 meter relay squad to the silver medal at the MAAC Outdoor Championships…Registered a time of 1:52.44 in the 800 at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 11…Ran the 800 at the USATF Junior Championships (June 15), placing 11th overall in 1:52.90.

2011-12 Indoors: Won the mile (4:29.08) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1…Secured first place in the 1000 meters (2:30.19) at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 9…Took second place in the 800 meters (1:53.97) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 26…Ran the opening leg on Manhattan’s distance medley relay squad that took fifth at the Millrose Games on Feb. 11…Finished second in the 800 (1:53.12) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 17…Posted a season-best time of 1:50.91 to qualify for the final of the 800 at the IC4A Indoor Championships (March 3), then recorded a 1:59.11 clocking to place 10th in the final.

2011 Cross Country: Opened the season with a 15th-place showing at the Army Open on Sept. 2, running 5000 meters in 16:18.40…Completed the 8000-meter course in 28:12.00 at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 7…Ranked fourth among the Jaspers at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 28, placing 55th overall with a time of 27:12.00 over 8000 meters.

Before Manhattan: Served as captain of both the cross country and track teams at Half Hollow Hills High School East…Won Suffolk County championships in both the 800 meters and mile…Earned all-state honors in track & field…Named Outstanding Athlete and team MVP while also winning the Triple A (Academics, Arts, Athletics) Award.
