2015 Cross Country: Opened the season with a 19:58.40 clocking for 6100 meters at the Brother Jasper Season Opener on Sept. 11…Registered a season-best 8000-meter time of 25:56.85 at the Rider Invitational on Sept. 19…Placed 14^th at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 9, completing 8000 meters in 27:08.40…Named MAAC Performer of the Week for that performance…Posted a time of 26:51.40 for 8000 meters at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31…Ran 10,000 meters in 34:05.30 at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 13.

2014-15 Indoors: Ran a season-best time of 4:21.68 in the mile at the John Thomas Terrier Invitational on Jan. 30…Finished eighth in the 3000 meters (8:49.24) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 5…Posted a time of 8:49.51 in the 3000 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

2014 Cross Country: Ranked either first or second on the squad in all seven meets…Placed 19^th at the season-opening Fordham Fiasco/Ed Joyce Memorial, registering a 27:57.00 clocking over 8000 meters…Took 17^th place at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 10, completing the 8000-meter course in 27:04.10…Finished sixth at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 18, running 8000 meters in a season-best time of 25:51.00…Led the Jaspers with a 54^th-place finish at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31, recording a time of 27:01.51 for 8000 meters…Crossed the line in 33:04.13 after 10,000 meters at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 14…Posted a time of 27:12.90 for five miles at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 22.

2014 Outdoors: Secured third place in the 1500 meters (4:22.45) at the FDU Knight Classic on March 29…Took second in the 10,000 meters (33:15.82) and fifth in the 5000 meters (15:54.73) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 4…Ran both the 5000 (16:54.16) and 10,000 (33:59.81) again at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3-4.

2013-14 Indoors: Took sixth in the mile (4:54.9) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 6…Notched a season-best time of 8:58.84 in the 3000 meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 30…Had a season-best mile clocking of 4:33.75 at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 7…Ran the 3000 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21, putting up a time of 9:10.00.

2013 Cross Country: Finished 27^th in the Stony Brook Season Opener on Aug. 31, recording a time of 20:40.02 for 6000 meters…Ran 5000 meters in 16:01.90 at the St. John’s/Hofstra Fall Festival on Sept. 7, good for 16^th place…Secured 21^st place with a season-best 8000-meter time of 26:39.54 at the LIU Post Invitational on Sept. 14…Completed the 8000-meter course in 31:25.30 at the MAAC Championships on Nov. 1.

2012-13 Indoors: Had a season-best time of 9:02.27 over 3000 meters at the NYU Team Challenge on Jan. 19…Placed second in the 3000 (9:34.52) and third in the mile (4:49.49) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 9…Took 12^th place in the 3000 (9:07.85) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 15.

2012 Cross Country: Notched a 22^nd-place finish at the Stony Brook Season Opener on Sept. 1, running 6000 meters in 20:46.20…Registered a 27:37.74 clocking over 8000 meters at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 15.

Before Manhattan: Earned team MVP honors three times at Brick Memorial High School…Named second team all-county in cross country as a senior…Also selected second team all-county in the indoor mile and the outdoor 3200 meters during his senior season…A member of the National Honor Society.
