2013-14 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Finished first in the mile (4:29.3) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 6…Had a season-best mile time of 4:22.23 at the NYU Saturday Night Shootout on Jan. 18…Grabbed sixth place in the mile (4:23.85) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 30…Took ninth in the mile (4:22.61) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.
2013 Outdoors: Placed fourth in the 5000 meters (15:42.56) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 5…Finished ninth in the 1500 meters (4:04.75) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Grabbed second in the 3000 meters (8:43.34) at the Wolfie Invitational on April 20…Secured sixth-place points in the 1500 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 4), posting a time of 4:00.66.
2012-13 Indoors: Opened the season by posting a time of 8:58.22, good for ninth place, at the Crowell Open on Jan. 5…Took ninth in the mile (4:27.59) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 15.
2012 Cross Country: Finished 26th overall at the Stony Brook Season Opener on Sept. 1, completing 6000 meters in 20:55.76…Placed 76th at the MAAC Championships (Oct. 27), posting a time of 27:02.28 over 8000 meters…Ranked second among Manhattan finishers at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 17, running five miles in a time of 28:02.90 to capture 77th place overall.
2012 Outdoors: Captured eighth place in the 1500 meters at the FDU Knight Invitational on March 31, posting a time of 4:15.10…Placed second in the 3000 meter steeplechase (9:57.57) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 7…Finished 10th in both the 1500 (4:04.28) and steeplechase (10:05.05) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 5.
2011-12 Indoors: Took fourth in the 3000 meters (9:19.82) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1…Registered a time of 2:38.38 in the 1000 meters at the Albany Great Dane Classic on Jan. 20…Posted a time of 2:05.07 in the 800 meters at the Giegengack Invitational (Feb. 3)…Ran the 3000 at the Millrose Games Collegiate Invitational on Feb. 11, recording a time of 9:07.72…Finished eighth in the mile at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 17), notching a season-best clocking of 4:23.11.
2011 Cross Country: Made Manhattan debut at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 7), recording a time of 28:00 over 8000 meters…Notched a time of 27:48.20 at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 28.
