2014 Cross Country: Opened the season with a 34^th-place showing at the Fordham Fiasco/Ed Joyce Memorial on Oct. 18, completing the 8000-meter course in 29:35.19…Finished 30^th at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 10, running 8000 meters in 27:33.90…Had a season-best 8000-meter time of 28:45.00, good for 34^th place overall, at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 18…Captured 79^th place at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31, notching a 27:31.60 clocking for 8000 meters…Posted a time of 33:28.08 over 10,000 meters at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 14…Placed 46^th at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 22, running five miles in 27:14.20.

Before Manhattan: Selected as MVP of both the cross country and indoor track teams as a senior at Niskayuna High School…Named a Suburban Council All-Star…Received the Most Improved Award as a junior, as well as the Hank Wister Outstanding Track & Field Athlete Award…Served as team captain in cross country, as well as indoor and outdoor track & field.
