2016 Outdoors: Ran the 10,000 meters at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 8, finishing sixth in 38:42.29…Posted a time of 4:19.28 in the 1500 meters at the Lions Invitational on April 29.

2015 Cross Country: Notched a time of 22:27.20 for 6100 meters at the Brother Jasper Season Opener on Sept. 11…Had a season-best clocking of 28:13.65 over 8000 meters at the Rider Invitational on Sept. 19…Posted an 8000-meter time of 30:09.9 at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 9.

Before Manhattan: Named MVP for the cross country, indoor and outdoor seasons as a senior at Cardinal Hayes High School…Also twice earned most improved honors.
