2016 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Won the 3000 meter steeplechase (9:30.97) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 8…Finished eighth in the 1500 meters (3:59.82) at the Princeton Outdoor Invitational on April 15…Placed fifth in the steeplechase (9:13.35) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7…Ran the steeplechase at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 13, posting a time of 9:15.21…Had a season-best time of 3:55.84 in the 1500 at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier on May 16.
2015-16 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Placed fifth in the 3000 meters (8:37.33) at the Metro Holiday Season Opener on Dec. 5…Posted a season-best time of 8:27.75 to place fourth in the 3000 at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 22…Took first in the mile with a time of 4:14.28 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4.
2015 Cross Country: Posted a time of 20:35.40 for 6100 meters at the Brother Jasper Season Opener on Sept. 11…Ran 8000 meters in 27:18.20, which was good for 18th place at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 9…Manhattan’s top finisher in each of the final four meets…Placed eighth overall with an 8000-meter clocking of 25:50.80 at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 17…Had a season-best 8000-meter time of 24:44.10 to secure 24th place at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31…Finished 10,000 meters in 32:11.50 at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 13…Raced to 14th place after completing five miles in 26:10.40 at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 21.
2013-14 Indoors: Recorded a season-best mile time of 4:35.39 at the NYU Team Challenge on Jan. 24…Finished 22nd in the 3000 meters (9:18.72) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 30.
2012 Cross Country (at Wake Forest): Competed at the Demon Deacon Quad on Aug. 31.
