2016 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Took third in the 800 meters (1:57.11) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 8…Had a season-best time of 1:53.94, which was good for ninth place in the 800 at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 22…Secured seventh place in the 800 (1:57.71) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7…Ran the 800 at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 13, posting a time of 1:54.95.
2015-16 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Finished fourth in the 800 meters (1:57.31) at the Metro Holiday Season Opener on Dec. 5…Placed fourth in the 800 (1:55.04) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4…Earned the bronze medal in the 800 (1:54.67) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.
2015 Cross Country: Competed in the Brother Jasper Season Opener on Sept. 11, running 6100 meters in 22:45.90.
2015 Outdoors: Placed 10th in the 800 meters (1:59.02) at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 3…Finished eighth in the 800 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2, posting a season-best time of 1:55.43.
2014-15 Indoors: Registered a season-best clocking of 1:57.77 in the 800 meters at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 16…Ran the 800 at the Metro Team Challenge on Jan. 23, finishing in 2:02.41.
2014 Cross Country: Posted a time of 29:34.50 over 8000 meters at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 10…Ran 8000 meters in 23:32.00 to finish 86th overall at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 18.
2014 Outdoors: Finished first in the 800 meters (1:59.49) at the FDU Knight Classic on March 29…Won a pair of bronze medals in the 4x400 meter relay and 4x800 meter relay while also placing sixth in the 800 (1:55.00) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3.
2013-14 Indoors: Competed in one meet, taking 14th in the 800 meters (1:59.27) at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 7.
2013 Cross Country: Grabbed 40th place at the Stony Brook Season Opener on Aug. 31, completing 6000 meters in 22:24.19…Ran 5000 meters in 18:42.40 to place 40th at the St. John’s/Hofstra Fall Festival on Sept. 7…Had a season-best 8000-meter time of 29:10.67 at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 11.
Before Manhattan: Set eight school records at Pearl River High School…Earned all-league, all-county and all-section honors both indoors and outdoors as a senior…Named First Team All-State in the 4x800 meter relay outdoors and Third Team All-State in the 600 meters indoors in 2012.
