2017 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Earned a personal best time of 28:37.0 for the five-mile course at the Fordham Fiasco on Sept. 9, good for a top 30 finish...Completed the five-mile course at the 2017 New York City Metropolitan Cross Country Championships on Oct. 13 in 28:57.0, placing 67th overall. 

2017 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Finished third in the 800 meters (1:56.00) at the Monmouth Season Opener on March 24…Ran the 1500 meters in 4:06.42 at the Colonial Relays on March 30…Notched a time of 2:02.13 in the 800 at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14.

2016-17 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Took fifth in the mile (4:38.88) at the season-opening Crowell Open on Dec. 3…Finished fourth in the 1000 meters (2:36.75) at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 9…Ran the leadoff leg of the distance medley relay at the Millrose Games on Feb. 11…Made the final of the 800 at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 18-19) after posting a season-best time of 1:56.02 in the heats…Registered a 1:59.15 clocking in the final to place eighth overall.

2016 Cross Country: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Registered a season-best 8000-meter time of 27:36.94 at the Fordham Fiasco/Ed Joyce Memorial on Sept. 10…Ran 8000 meters in 28:03.79, which was good for 13^th place at the Fr. Victor Leeber S.J. Invitational on Sept. 24…Manhattan’s top finisher in the coaches’ race at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 19…Completed the 8000-meter course in 28:50.00 to place 12^th overall.

2016 Outdoors: Opened the season with a 1:59.52 clocking in the 800 meters at the USF Bulls Invitational on March 17…Placed 11^th in the 1500 meters (4:00.80) at the Princeton Outdoor Invitational on April 15…Grabbed 11^th place in the 800 (1:57.90) at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Qualified for the final of the 1500 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 7-8) with a preliminary-round time of 3:57.10…Took 12^th in the final with a time of 4:13.64.

2015-16 Indoors: Won the mile in 4:23.21 at the Spartan Regional Preview on Jan. 15…Registered a season-best mile clocking of 4:22.35 at the Fastrack National Invite on Feb. 12…Took sixth with a season-best time of 2:31.68 in the 1000 meters at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet on Feb. 27.

2015 Cross Country: Notched a time of 20:33.00 over 6100 meters at the Brother Jasper Season Opener on Sept. 11…Ran 8000 meters in 26:25.18 at the Rider Invitational on Sept. 19.

Before Manhattan: Named to the Big 10 Conference All-Star First Team…Earned Christian Brothers Academy’s team MVP for indoor track…Qualified for the 2013 New York State Cross Country Championships.
