2017 Outdoors: Notched a time of 4:52.92 in the 1500 meters at the Mark Young Invitational on April 1.

2016 Cross Country: Opened the season by running 8000 meters in 29:13.88 at the Fordham Fiasco/Ed Joyce Memorial on Sept. 10…Finished 26^th overall at the Fr. Victor Leeber S.J. Invitational on Sept. 24, completing the 8000-meter course in 29:47.01…Took 23^rd in the coaches’ race at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 19, notching an 8000-meter time of 30:21.00.

2016 Outdoors: Took 25^th in the 1500 meters (4:27.13) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 8…Had a season-best time of 4:24.48 in the 1500 at the Lions Invitational on April 29.

2015-16 Indoors: Placed 14^th in the 800 meters (2:06.47) at the Spartan Regional Preview on Jan. 15…Finished 13^th in the 1000 meters (2:47.26) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4…Posted a time of 4:41.07 in the mile at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

2015 Cross Country: Made Manhattan debut at the Brother Jasper Season Opener on Sept. 11, running 6100 meters in 22:15.20…Had a season-best 8000-meter time of 27:38.04 at the Rider Invitational on Sept. 19.

2015 Outdoors (at St. Francis Brooklyn): Ran a personal-best time of 4:11.90 in the 1500 meters at the Morgan State Legacy Meet on April 20.

2014-15 Indoors (at St. Francis Brooklyn): Finished 16^th in the mile (4:46.17) at the NEC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22.

2014 Cross Country (at St. Francis Brooklyn): Recorded a 30:01.24 clocking at the Ted Owen Invitational on Sept. 27…Placed third on the team at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 10, posting a time of 33:22.88.

Before Manhattan: Named cross country team MVP at Archbishop Ford High School in 2013…Team won a pair of Brooklyn-Queens CHSAA titles in cross country…Placed second in the 800 meters at the Brooklyn-Queens CHSAA Championships.
