2017 Outdoors: Registered a time of 4:30.46 in the 1500 meters at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Notched a season-best clocking of 16:33.07 in the 5000 meters at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6.

2016-17 Indoors: Finished 19^th in the mile (4:33.70) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.

2016 Cross Country: Took fifth overall at the SJU Fall Festival on Oct. 16, running 5000 meters in 15:55.80…Completed the 8000-meter course in 29:19.00 at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 19.

2016 Outdoors: Secured 12^th place in the 5000 meters with a time of 15:51.69 at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 8…Finished 14^th in the 1500 meters (4:09.12) at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Had a season-best time of 15:45.29 to place 17^th overall in the 5000 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7.

2015-16 Indoors: Ran the mile at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 22, posting a time of 4:33.48…Finished 13^th in the 3000 meters (9:00.37) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4…Had a 9:09.21 clocking in the 3000 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

2015 Cross Country: Posted a time of 21:34.10 for 6100 meters at the Brother Jasper Season Opener on Sept. 11…Secured 28^th place with a 26:27.50 clocking over 8000 meters at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 17…Finished 48^th overall after completing the 8000-meter course in 25:12.80 at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31…Registered a 10,000-meter time of 33:48.30 at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 13…Took 54^th overall at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 21, running five miles in 27:05.60.

Before Manhattan: Received four varsity letters in cross country, as well as both indoor and outdoor track, at Freehold Township High School…Qualified for the 2014 New Jersey Meet of Champions in cross country.
