2019 Outdoors: Finished 23rd overall in the 400-meters at the Lions Invitational with a time of 54.07.

2018-19 Indoors: Finished fourth as a member of the 4x400 team at the TCNJ Indoor Open on December 1 with a time of 3:27.33...Set a PR in the 400-meters at the Yale Season Opener on December 8, recording a time of 52.51.

2018 Outdoors: Won bronze in the 4x400 at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 3:19.60...Set a personal best time of 51.46 in the 400-meter preliminaries at the MAAC Championships, finishing 11th.

2017-18 Indoors: Set a personal best time of 53.63 in the 400-meters at the Brother Jasper Invitational on February 23, finishing fifth. 

Before Manhattan: Was two-year member of the spring and winter track teams at Millburn High School...Is one of Millburn's all-time fastest runners in the 400 meters...Played four years of high school football...Was named all-conference as an outside linebacker his senior year.
