2018 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Won the 110-meter hurdles at the TCNJ Invite with a time of 15.03w...Set a personal best in the 110-meter hurdles preliminaries at the Metropolitan Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 15.18, going on to place second in the event finals with a time of 15.26...Set a personal best in the 400-meter hurdles at Monmouth on April 22 with a time of 58.48, placing fifth...Won the 110-meter hurdles at the meet with a time of 15.61...Placed fourth in the 110-meter hurdles at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, earning a time of 15.35.

2017-18 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Won the 60-meter hurdles at the Manhattan Opener with a time of 8.7H...Placed fourth in the event at the Yale Collegiate Invite on January 13 with a time of 8.76...Set a personal best in the 200-meters at the Penn 8 Team Select on January 20, earning a time of 24.81, good for 36th overall...Also competed in the 60-meter hurdles at the meet, earning fifth place with a time of 8.66...Set a personal best in the event at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, earning a time of 8.48 in the prelims.

2017 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Captured third place in the 400 meter hurdles (58.69) and fourth place in the 110 meter hurdles (15.45) at the Mark Young Invitational on April 1…Took eighth in the 110 hurdles (15.51) at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 8…Finished seventh in the 110 hurdles (15.52) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14…Ran the second leg on the Jaspers’ school record-setting shuttle hurdles squad that placed third in the Championship of America at the Penn Relays on April 28…Posted a season-best time of 15.41 seconds in the 110 hurdles at the Lions Invitational on April 29.

2016-17 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Opened the season by clocking 8.67 seconds to secure fourth place in the 60 meter hurdles at the Crowell Open on Dec. 3…Finished third in the 60 hurdles (8.58) at the Penn 8-Team Select on Jan. 21…Took fifth in the 60 hurdles (8.61) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 2…Had a season-best time of 8.56 seconds, which was good for ninth overall in the 60 hurdles at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.

2016 Outdoors: Took seventh in the 110 meter hurdles (16.67) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 8…Posted a time of 15.89 second to place 10^th in the 110 hurdles at the Princeton Outdoor Invitational on April 15…Ran the third leg on Manhattan’s school record-setting shuttle hurdles squad at the Penn Relays on April 29…Finished 11^th in the 110 hurdles (15.73) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7.

2015-16 Indoors: Had a season-best time of 8.82 seconds in the 60 meter hurdles at the Metro Holiday Season Opener on Dec. 5…Took fourth in the 60 hurdles (8.92) at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 11…Placed eighth in the 60 hurdles (8.92) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4…Finished third in the 60 hurdles (8.89) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 13.

Before Manhattan: Won the Monmouth County indoor title in the high jump as a senior at Ocean Township High School…Named Third Team All-Shore in the 110 meter hurdles.
