2019-20 Indoors: Opened the season with a seventh-place finish in the 400 meters at the Crowell Open on December 7, recording a time of 52.22...Helped the 4x400 squad to a sixth-place finish at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, finishing in 3:21.79...Also earned a 22nd-place finish in the 200-meters at Mets with a time of 23.17...Placed seventh in the 4x400 at the Millrose Games on February 8 with a time of 3:21.41...Set a PR in the 400-meters at the BU Valentine Invitational with a time of 50.80 (131st)...Earned a fourth-place finish in the 4x400 at the MAAC Indoor Championships, recording a squad time of 3:20.26.

2019 Outdoors: Helped the 4x100 relay squad to a fifth-place finish at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, finishing with a team time of 42.60...Earned a seventh-place finish in the 100-meters at the Lions Invitational with a time of 11.06...Also finished 12th in the 200-meters at that meet, recording a time of 23.16.

2018-19 Indoors: Recorded a PR in the 300-meters at the TCNJ Indoor Open on December 1, finishing 19th overall with a time of 37.15...Earned a third-place showing in the 200-meters at the Yale Season Opener on December 8, recording a time of 23.08...Set a personal best in the 200-meters at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, earning a time of 22.85 (66th).

2018 Outdoors: Set a personal best in the 100-meter preliminaries at the 2018 Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, hitting a time of 11.13, good for 10th place...Also earned ninth place in the 200-meters (22.99) and fifth place as a member of the 4x100 team (43.03) at Mets...Placed fifth with the 4x100 squad at the 2018 MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 43.02...Also competed in the 100-meters, finishing seventh with a time of 11.08. 

2017-2018 Indoors: Earned a personal best time in the 60-meter preliminaries at the 2018 Yale Invitational on January 13, finishing with a time of 7.18 (seventh place)...Followed the performance with another personal best, this time in the 200-meters at the Boston University Terrier Classic, earning 65th place with a time of 22.91...Placed 13th overall in the 200-meters at the 2018 Metropolitan Indoor Championships with a time of 22.92...Won the 60-meter race at the Brother Jasper Invitational on February 23 with a time of 7.26.

Before Manhattan: Named first team all-county after helping Rancocas Valley Regional High School win the state title…Participated in the 4x200 meter relay and sprint medley relay at the New Balance Nationals…Also earned a place on the all-star team in basketball.
