2018-19 Indoors: Finished fourth as a member of the 4x400-meter relay squad at the TCNJ Indoor Open on December 1, helping the team to a time of 3:27.33...Set a PR in the 200-meters at the TCNJ Lions Indoor Invitational on January 12, finishing 21st overall with a time of 23.55...Also finished 10th in the 400 meters at the meet, recording a time of 52.19.

2018 Outdoors: Placed fourth in the 4x400 at the TCNJ Invite with a time of 3:36.45...Earned a personal best in the 400-meter preliminaries at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, recording a time of 51:46, good for 12th place.

2017-18 Indoors: Won the 4x400 at the Manhattan Opener with a time of 3:27.2H...Set a personal best in the 400-meter preliminaries at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships at The Armory, earning a time of 51.27 and placing 11th...Won the 400-meter race at the Brother Jasper Invitational on February 23 with a time of 51.97. 

2017 Outdoors: Took fifth in the 400 meters (54.36) at the Mark Young Invitational on April 1…Ran a season-best time of 51.82 seconds in the 400 at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14…Placed 14^th in the 400 (51.88) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6.

2016-17 Indoors: Placed eighth in the 400 meters (53.39) at the Crowell Open on Dec. 3…Registered a time of 37.24 seconds in the 300 meters at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 9…Had a season-best clocking of 53.07 seconds in the 400 at the Tiger Invitational on Jan. 14.

Before Manhattan: Earned All-Westchester County selections in both the 4x400 and 4x800 meter relay at Iona Prep…Took part in the 2014 New York State Federation Championships…Twice qualified for the New Balance Nationals.
