2019 Outdoors: Helped the 4x400 team to a seventh-place showing at the Colonial Relays, recording a time of 3:16.78...Finished sixth overall in the 400-meters at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, earning a time of 49.74...Set a PR in the event at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, finishing fifth in the event prelims with a time of 48.92...Went on to place eighth in the event finals with a time of 51.53...Also finished fourth in the 4x100-meter relay at MAACs with a time of 42.28.

2018-19 Indoors: Finished second as a member of the 4x400 team at the TCNJ Indoor Open on December 1, recording a time of 3:20.43...Placed third in the event at the Yale Season Opener a week later, earning a time of 3:22.21...Finished 17th overall in the 200-meters at the TCNJ Lions Indoor Invitational on January 12 with a time of 23.18.

2017-18 Indoors: Won the 300-meters at the Manhattan Opener with a time of 36.3H...Was a member of the winning 4x400 team at the Yale Invitational on January 13, earning a time of 3:21.81...Set two personal bests at the Boston University Terrier Classic, including a time of 22.29 in the 200-meters (25th place) and a time of 48.80 in the 400-meters (11th place)...Won second in the 4x400 at the Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships, earning a time of 3:19.08...Earned bronze in the event at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships at The Armory with a time of 3:21.80...Competed in the 400-meters at the ECAC/IC4A Championships, earning 20th place in the preliminaries with a time of 49.48.
