2017 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Finished 11^th in the 400 meters (53.75) at the Crowell Open on Dec. 3…Notched a season-best time of 23.50 seconds in the 200 meters at the Monmouth Season Opener on March 24…Registered a 23.52-second clocking in the 200 at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14…Earned a silver medal in the 4x100 meter relay at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6.

2016-17 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Placed 12^th in the 200 meters with a season-best time of 22.90 seconds at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 2…Finished 10^th in the 200 (23.08) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.

2015-16 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Recorded a time of 23.07 seconds in the 200 meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4…Placed sixth in the 300 meters (37.66) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 13…Finished 11^th in the 200 with a season-best clocking of 22.79 seconds at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

2015 Outdoors: Ran the 100 meters in 11.45 seconds at the Lions Invitational on April 25…Took eighth place in the 200 meters with a season-best clocking of 22.87 seconds at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 3…Registered a time of 22.97 seconds in the 200 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2.

2014-15 Indoors: Posted a time of 23.23 seconds in the 200 meters at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 16…Finished third in the 200 (23.37) at the Monmouth Winter Invitational on Feb. 14…Secured 11^th place in the 200 with a season-best clocking of 22.95 seconds at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

Before Manhattan: Named Albany High School’s Most Valuable Player after winning conference and sectional titles in both the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relays as a senior…Also earned the 200 meter sectional crown during the 2014 outdoor season…Twice selected as Albany’s Most Improved Player…A part of the school record-setting sprint medley relay team as a junior.
