2019-20 Indoors: Named 2020 MAAC Most Outstanding Male Field Performer...Earned MAAC Performer of the Week honors three times during the season (January 14, February 4 and February 18)...Opened the season with a win in the shot put at the Robert Elkin Invitational on January 10, recording a throw of 16.68 meters...Hit 16.99 meters in the event at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, taking home the Met Championship for the second-straight year...Also set a PR in the weight throw at Mets, hitting 14.14 meters...Won the shot at the BU Valentine Invitational with a distance of 17.62 meters, hitting over 17 meters for the first time that season...Won gold in the shot put at the MAAC Indoor Championships with a throw of 17.36 meters...Also placed 12th in the weight throw at MAACs with a distance of 13.01 meters, earning the conference's Most Outstanding Field Performer award...Set a PR in the shot put at the ECAC/IC4A Championships, placing second with a throw of 18.18 meters and hitting 18 meters for the first time in his collegiate career. 

2019 Outdoors: Set a personal best in the shot put at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 6 with a throw of 17.11 meters, earning fifth place overall...Finished second in the shot at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, recording a distance of 16.09 meters...Also competed in the discus throw at Mets, earning sixth place with a 46.05-meter performance...Recorded a PR in the discus at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, hitting 46.20 meters and finishing fifth overall...Secured third place in the shot put at MAACs with a 16.87-meter throw...Finished 19th in the shot put at the IC4A Outdoor Championships with a distance of 14.60 meters.

2018-19 Indoors: Set his collegiate best in the shot put with 17.78-meter throw at the Yale Season Opener on December 8, securing first place...Named MAAC Male Field Performer of the Week on December 11 for his performance...Also finished first in the event at Fordham's Brian Horowitz Invitational on January 12, hitting a distance of 16.42 meters...One of just three collegiate competitors to compete in the men's shot put invitational at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge, earning eighth place overall with a distance of 16.13 meters...Placed second in the shot at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, recording a distance of 16.90 meters...Won bronze in the shot put at the MAAC Indoor Championships with a throw of 17.03 meters...Also competed in the weight throw at MAACs, setting a PR with a distance of 13.70 meters (11th)...Finished 12th in the shot put at the IC4A Indoor Championship, recording a throw of 15.91 meters.

2018 Outdoors: Earned a sixth-place showing in the shot put at the 2018 Shamrock Invitational with a distance of 16.10 meters...Also competed in the discus throw at the meet, earning 12th with a distance of 44.07 meters...Earned fourth place in both the shot (15.33 meters) and discus (45.65 meters) at the 2018 Metropolitan Outdoor Championships...Threw a personal best distance of 45.86 in the discus, good for eighth place, at the 2018 MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships held May 5-6...Also competed in the shot put, earning silver in the event with a throw of 16.54 meters...Finished the outdoor season at the 2018 ECAC/IC4A Outdoor Championships May 12-13, earning sixth in the shot put with a distance of 15.91 meters.

2017-18 Indoors: Opened the season with a third-place finish (15.11 meters) in the shot put at Fordham's Mike Massone Invitational on January 12...Followed up that performance with a second-place finish in the event at the Penn 8 Team Select meet on January 20, hitting a distance of 16.00 meters...Won the shot put at the 2018 Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships with a throw of 16.80 meters, a personal best...Placed fourth in the event with a distance of 16.50 meters at the 2018 MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, held at The Armory February 17-18.
