2019-20 Indoors: Finished third in the 400-meters at the Crowell Open on December 7 with a time of 51.35...Also helped the 4x400 squad to a second-place finish at the meet, recording a time of 3:26.24...Nabbed third in the DMR at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, finishing with a time of 10:30.08...Also placed 19th in the 200-meters at Mets, recording a time of 22.95...Finished seventh overall in the 4x400 at the Millrose Games on February 8, recording a squad time of 3:21.41...Earned a season-best time of 49.11 in the 400-meters at the BU Valentine Invitational, finishing 41st overall...Was named MAAC Male Track Performer of the Week on February 18 for the performance...Won bronze in the 400-meters at the MAAC Indoor Championships with a time of 49.17...Also placed fourth in the 4x400 at MAACs with a time of 3:20.26.

2018-19 Indoors: Finished second as a member of the 4x400-meter relay squad at the TCNJ Indoor Open on December 1, helping the team to a time of 3:20.43...Placed third in the event at the Yale Season Opener on December 8 with a time of 3:22.21...Finished fourth in the 400-meter race at the TCNJ Lions Indoor Invitational on January 12 with a time of 50.34...Set a PR in the 200-meters at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, recording a time of 22.37 (38th)...Also helped the 4x400 squad to a sixth-place finish at BU, earning a time of 3:17.40, and finished 25th overall in the 400-meters with a time of 49.24.

2018 Outdoors: Set season-best marks at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 6, including a time of 22.77 in the 200-meters (10th place) and a time of 49.87 in the 400-meters (seventh place)...Won third in the 4x400 at the Metropolitan Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 3:21.01...Won silver in the event at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 3:19.60...Also placed fifth in the 4x100 at the MAAC Championships with a time of 43.02.

2017-18 Indoors: Was a member of the winning 4x400 team at the Yale Collegiate Inviational on January 13, earning a time of 3:21.81...Also earned second in the 400-meter race with a time of 50.13...Set a personal best in the 200-meters at the Boston University Terrier Classic with a time of 22.39 (34th)...Earned a personal best in the 500-meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships with a time of 1:06.79, good for eighth overall...Also won second at Mets as a member of the 4x400 team that earned a time of 3:19.08...Won bronze in the 4x400 at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 3:21.80...Set a personal best in the 400-meter preliminaries at the ECAC/IC4A Championships, earning a time of 48.54.
