2019 MAAC Outdoor Champion (400m)

2019 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed seventh as a member of the 4x400 relay team at the Colonial Relays with a time of 3:16.78...Took home third in the 400-meters at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, recording a time of 48.80...Won gold in the 400-meters at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, outpacing the pack with a season-best time of 48.39...Won bronze in the 4x400 at MAACs, as well, recording a team time of 3:25.17, and placed fourth in the 200-meters with a time of 22.21...Finished 14th in the 400-meters at the IC4A Outdoor Championships, earning a time of 50.30.

2018-19 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed second in the 400-meters at the Yale Season Opener on December 8 with a time of 48.69...Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a sixth-place overall showing at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, finishing with a time of 3:17.40...Placed second in the 400-meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, recording a time of 48.80...Also earned fourth place as a member of the DMR squad at Mets, earning a team time of 10:24.60...Won bronze in the 400-meter race at the MAAC Indoor Championships, recording a time of 48.60...Also earned bronze in the 4x400 at MAACs with a team time of 3:22.30...Set a PR in the 400-meters at the IC4A Indoor Championships, recording a time of 48.37 and earning seventh place overall. 

2018 Outdoors: Earned MAAC All-Academic Team honors...Won third in the 4x400 at the Metropolitan Outdoor Track and Field Championships, earning a time of 3:21.01...Won the 400-meters at Monmouth on April 22 with a time of 49.68...Won bronze in the 4x400 at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 3:19.60...Also earned fourth in the 200-meter race at the MAAC Championships, finishing with a time of 22.31...Competed in the 400-meter race at the ECAC/IC4A Championships, finishing 18th overall with a time of 49.17.

2017-18 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed fourth in the 4x400 at the Yale Opener on December 9 with a time of 3:21.85...Earned a second-place finish in the event at the Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 3:19.08...Also competed in the 400-meters at Mets, earning third place with a time of 49.48...Won silver in the 400-meters at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships at The Armory, earning a time of 48.85...Also won bronze in the 4x400 at the MAAC Championships with a time of 3:21.80.

2017 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2016-17 Indoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2016 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Finished first in the 400 meters (48.05) at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Posted the fastest qualifying time (48.53) before taking second in the 400 final (48.55) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7….Ran both the 400 (48.35) and 200 meters (22.05) at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 13.

2015-16 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Placed eighth in the 200 meters with a time of 22.44 seconds at the Metro Holiday Season Opener on Dec. 5…Chosen as MAAC Track Performer of the Week on Feb. 9 after taking second in the 200 (22.11) and third in the 400 meters (48.62) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4.

2015 Outdoors: Opened the season with a fifth-place effort in the 200 meters (21.57) at the UTSA Team Challenge on March 20…Finished second in the 200 (21.76) and third in the 100 meters (10.98) at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 3…Took second in the 200 (22.24) at the Rider Invitational on April 11…Ran the second leg on Manhattan’s sprint medley relay team that placed eighth in the Championship of America at the Penn Relays on April 24…Anchored the Jaspers to a silver medal in the 4x400 meter relay and picked up another silver in the 4x100 meter relay at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3…Posted a time of 21.89 seconds in the preliminary round of the 200 at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 15.

2014-15 Indoors: Placed fourth in the 200 meters (22.57) at the Yale Season Opener on Dec. 6…Took first in the 200 (22.44) at the Army Five-Way Meet on Jan. 9…Earned ECAC Metro/Upstate Rookie of the Week honors on Feb.4 after recording a season-best time of 21.87 seconds in the 200 at the John Thomas Terrier Invitational on Jan. 30…Won a silver medal in the 4x400 meter relay at the Millrose Games on Feb. 14…Captured the bronze medal in the 200 (22.13) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21…Posted a time of 21.97 seconds in the 200 at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 6, good for 15^th place…Also ran the anchor leg on the 4x400 relay squad that finished fifth overall at the IC4A Indoor Championships.

Before Manhattan: Earned all-county, all-section, all-class and all-league selections as a sprinter at Sleepy Hollow High School…Also played football.
