2016 Outdoors: Placed sixth in the 400 meter hurdles with a 58.82-second clocking at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 8…Finished seventh in the 400 hurdles (56.70) at the Princeton Outdoor Invitational on April 15…Secured sixth place in the 400 hurdles (55.99) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7.

2015-16 Indoors: Had a season-best time of 1:08.92 in the 500 meters at the Metro Holiday Season Opener on Dec. 5…Took third in the 500 (1:10.65) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 13.

2015 Outdoors: Took fifth in the 400 hurdles (57.50) at the Rider Invitational on April 11…Notched a 56.69-second clocking in the 400 hurdles at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 15…Secured seventh place in the 400 hurdles with a season-best time of 56.56 seconds at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2.

2014-15 Indoors: Notched a season-best time of 52.35 seconds in the 400 meters at the Metro Team Challenge on Jan. 23…Placed 17^th in the 400 (52.92) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 5.

Before Manhattan: Holds five school records at Northern Valley Regional High School at Demarest…Earned a pair of First Team All-League and Second Team All-County selections in the 400 meter hurdles…Team won both the Big North Conference and New Jersey Group 3 State Sectional Championships, and was named Bergen County “Team of the Year” during the 2014 indoor season…Also a member of the squad that received Bergen County “Team of Year” honors outdoors in 2013.
