2015 Outdoors: Chosen to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Opened the season with a fifth-place showing in the hammer throw (181’2) at the UTSA Team Challenge on March 20…Competed in the men’s college hammer throw at the Penn Relays on April 23, and got out to a distance of 165’3…Won the bronze medal in the hammer throw (182’10) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3…Finished 24th in the hammer throw (177’10) at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 15.

2014-15 Indoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Registered a fourth-place showing in the weight throw (51’7¼) at the Army Five-Way Meet on Jan. 9…Secured fifth place in the weight throw (54’8¼) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 5…Competed in the weight throw at the Millrose Games on Feb. 12, capturing seventh place with a toss of 53’9¾…Finished seventh in the weight throw at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21, getting out to a season-best distance of 56’2½…Qualified for the IC4A Indoor Championships in the weight throw for the second straight year, placing 23rd with a 51’7 effort.

2013-14 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Took third in the weight throw (51’3½) at the Army Four-Way Meet on Jan. 11…Had a season-best mark of 52’4¾ in the weight throw at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 15…Finished 13th in the weight throw (50’6) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

2013 Outdoors: Finished first in the hammer throw with a season-best effort of 178’3 at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 5…Placed second in the hammer throw (174’2) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Had a mark of 176’7 in the hammer throw at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 17, good for eighth place…Took eighth in the men’s college hammer throw (176’8) at the Penn Relays on April 26…Earned the gold medal in the hammer throw (173’2) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 4…Competed in the hammer throw at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 10.

2012 Outdoors (at Texas Tech): Set school record in the hammer throw (193’1) at the Battle of the Bayou on April 7…Established three of Texas Tech’s all-time top five marks…Won three competitions and notched six top-five finishes.

2011-12 Indoors (at Texas Tech): Posted a season-best mark of 55’0¼ to win the weight throw at the Texas Tech Open (Jan. 13-14)…Collected three top-five finishes and four top-10 finishes while competing in the shot put and weight throw.

Other: Placed second in the hammer throw with a mark of 194’7 at the 2015 Irish National Championships.

Before Manhattan: Competed for Ireland at the 2009 World Youth Championships and 2011 European Junior Championships…Made the finals at the 2009 European Youth Olympics…Finished first at the British and Irish Schools International in 2008…Also played rugby and soccer…Received headmaster’s award for excellence and served as school prefect at Belvedere College S.J.
