2016 Outdoors: Named MAAC Field Performer of the Week on March 22 after opening the season with a third-place effort in the hammer throw (207’0) at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 18…Finished first in the shot put (47’5¼) and second in both the discus (156’11) and hammer throw (189’10) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 8…Placed second in the hammer throw (202’1) at the Princeton Outdoor Invitational on April 15…Competed in the championship section of the men’s hammer throw at the Penn Relays on April 28, securing eighth place with a 203’10 effort…Won the hammer throw with a mark of 204’0 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7…Added sixth-place points in the discus (153’5) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships…Captured seventh place in the hammer throw (200’7) and also participated in the discus (143’0) at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 13…Made fourth straight NCAA Preliminary Round appearance in the hammer throw on May 26, taking 43^rd with a best effort of 192’5.

2015-16 Indoors: Qualified for the U.S. National Championships in the weight throw, placing 14^th with a best effort of 63’10¼…Named MAAC Field Performer of the Week on Jan. 19 after winning the weight throw (66’10¾) at the Spartan Regional Preview on Jan. 15…Received second MAAC Field Performer of the Week nod on Feb. 6 after taking first in the weight throw (64’9¾) and fourth in the shot put (48’6¾) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4…Captured first place in the weight throw (65’10½) and second place in the shot put (50’10¾) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 13…Earned second straight Most Outstanding Performer for Field Events award at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 21) after defending his title in the weight throw (68’4¼) to go along with a third-place showing in the shot put (51’11)…Had a winning mark of 63’1¼ in the weight throw at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet on Feb. 27…Finished third in the weight throw (64’3) and also participated in the shot put (48’4) at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 4.

2015 Outdoors: Took third in the hammer throw (183’0) in the season-opening UTSA Team Challenge on March 20…Captured third place in the hammer throw (201’0) at the Sun Angel Classic on April 10…Had a season-best performance of 204’0 in the hammer throw at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 15…Grabbed third place in the men’s college hammer throw with an effort of 202’2 at the Penn Relays on April 25…Won silver medals in the hammer throw (196’8) and discus (163’11) and added a fifth-place showing in the shot put (50’5¼) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2…Tied for third place in the hammer throw (199’9) while also grabbing 10^th place in the discus (162’2) at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 15…Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round (May 28) in the hammer throw for the third straight year, placing 44^th with a mark of 180’4.

2014-15 Indoors: Grabbed first place in the shot put (46’11½) and third in the weight throw (56’8¾) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 5…Named MAAC and ECAC Field Performer of the Week on Dec. 16 after placing first in the weight throw (61’7½) and second in the shot put (48’11) at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 13…Won the weight throw (61’5¾) at the Army Five-Way Meet on Jan. 9…Got out to a distance of 58’6¾, which was good for second place in the weigh throw at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 16…Earned MAAC Field Performer of the Week honors again on Jan. 27 after winning the weight throw (61’8¼) at the Metro Team Challenge on Jan. 23…Received second straight MAAC Field Performer of the Week award (and third of the season) on Feb. 3 for his performance at the John Thomas Terrier Invitational (1^st place in weight throw-62’7¾, 14^th place in shot put-47’10) on Jan. 30…Captured second place in the weight throw (60’6¾) and third in the shot put (48’11½) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 5…Finished sixth in the Millrose Games weight throw (60’2½) on Feb. 12…Selected as Most Outstanding Performer for Field Events after taking first in the weight throw (63’4¼) and fourth in the shot put (52’10) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21…Had a season-best mark of 63’9¾ to secure fourth place in the weight throw at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 6.

2014 Outdoors: Opened the season with a fourth-place finish in the hammer throw (188’4) at the Shamrock Invitational on March 20…Recorded a toss of 174’7 to clinch fifth place in the hammer throw and got out to 156’0 for sixth place in the discus at the ASU Invitational on March 28…Notched second-place finishes in the hammer throw (196’7) and discus (149’7), as well as a third-place showing in the shot put (48’5½) at the Army Six-Way Meet on April 12…Ended up third in the hammer throw (187’11) at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 16…Competed in two different events at the Penn Relays (April 24), securing second place in the men’s college hammer throw (189’2) and 21^st in the men’s college discus (146’3)…Grabbed second place in the hammer throw (186’2) while also taking seventh in the shot put (50’3½) and discus (151’3) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3…Placed 10^th in the hammer throw (189’10) and 27^th in the discus (136’7) at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 16…Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round (May 29) in the hammer throw, finishing 44^th with an effort of 172’4.

2013-14 Indoors: Captured second place in the shot put (45’9¼) and third in the weight throw (53’6¼) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 6…Won the weight throw (54’11½) and added a fourth-place showing in the shot put (48’2¾) at the Army Four-Way Meet on Jan. 11…Got out to 57’5 for second place in the weight throw at the NYU Team Challenge on Jan. 24…Secured third-place points in the weight throw (57’10¼) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 30…Placed second in the weight throw (59’0¼) and third in the shot put (44’3½) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 15…Took second in the weight throw (59’7¾) and sixth in the shot put (48’7½) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21…Finished 10^th in the weight throw with a season-best effort of 60’6½ at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 8.

2013 Outdoors: Had a season-best showing of 175’5 to take fourth in the hammer throw at the Dick Shea Invitational on March 29…Notched a pair of third-place finishes in the hammer throw (164’1) and discus (147’4) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 5…Captured fourth place in the hammer throw (162’3) and sixth in the discus (142’0) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Participated in the men’s college hammer throw at the Penn Relays on April 26, securing 16^th place with a mark of 166’5…Placed fourth in the discus (154’2) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 4…Competed in the hammer throw at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 10, finishing 25^th with a best effort of 147’6.

2012-13 Indoors: Placed seventh in the shot put (45’3) at the NYU Team Challenge on Jan. 19…Grabbed fifth place in the weight throw (45’3) while also taking sixth in the shot put (42’2¾) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 9…Finished eighth in the weight throw with a season-best toss of 48’0 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 15.

Before Manhattan: Earned Staten Island PSAL championships in the shot put and discus…Named an All-City All-Star as a sophomore at Susan E. Wagner High School.
