2017 Outdoors: Finished third in the hammer throw (179’11) at the Dennis Craddock Carolina Relays on March 17…Followed up that performance with a third-place showing in the discus (161’0) at the Monmouth Season Opener on March 24…Won the discus competition with a season-best effort of 163’3 at the Mark Young Invitational on April 1…Earned bronze medals in both the discus (159’11) and hammer throw (165’10) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14…Grabbed sixth place in the discus (158’2) at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 21…Placed 18th in the college men’s discus (157’6) and also threw the hammer at the Penn Relays on April 29…Took third in the discus (160’8) and fifth in the hammer throw (168’10) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6…Qualified for the IC4A Outdoor Championships in the discus for the second straight year…Ended up 14th at the IC4A Championships (May 12) with a mark of 157’0.
2016-17 Indoors: Took second in the weight throw (52’11) and fifth in the shot put (45’10½) at the Crowell Open on Dec. 3…Won the weight throw (53’3½) while also uncorking a season-best effort of 46’1½ to capture sixth place in the shot put at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 9…Got out to a distance of 53’11, which was good for sixth place in the weight throw at the Tiger Invitational on Jan. 14…Placed sixth in the weight throw (52’5½) and seventh in the shot put (45’5) at the Penn 8-Team Select on Jan. 21…Grabbed fifth place in the weight throw (53’4½) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 2…Contested the Millrose Games weight throw on Feb. 9, ending up seventh overall with a mark of 51’6½…Finished sixth in the weight throw (54’6) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.
2016 Outdoors: Had a season-best effort of 44’2¾ in the shot put at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 18…Took third in the discus with a season-best mark of 156’2 at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 1…Grabbed third in the discus (153’2), sixth in the shot put (38’7) and 10th in the hammer throw (132’6) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 8…Competed in the discus at the Penn Relays on April 28, getting out to a distance of 154’7…Placed fifth in the discus (152’0) and seventh in the hammer throw (145’9) at the Lions Invitational the next day…Finished fifth in the discus (154’0) and eighth in the hammer throw (148’10) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7…Qualified for the IC4A Outdoor Championships in the discus.
2015-16 Indoors: Selected as MAAC Field Performer of the Week on Dec. 15 after finishing first in the weight throw (52’3¼) and seventh in the shot put (45’1) at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 11)…Placed third in the weight throw (53’5¾) and sixth in the shot put (41’8½) at the Spartan Regional Preview on Jan. 15…Took fifth in the weight throw (52’1) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4…Ended up second in the weight throw (53’4½) and sixth in the shot put (44’9¾) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 13…Clinched sixth place in the weight throw with a 52’10¼ effort in the weight throw at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21…Got out to a distance of 54’9½ to secure 12th place in the weight throw at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 4.
2015 Outdoors: Placed fifth in the discus (141’9), sixth in the shot put (41’6½) and eighth in the hammer throw (137’5) at the Rider Invitational on April 11…Grabbed eighth place in the discus with a season-best toss of 142’10 at the Lions Invitational on April 25…Competed in three events at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 2), finishing 12th in the shot put (42’4), discus (140’6) and hammer throw (137’7).
2014-15 Indoors: Captured fifth place in the shot put (35’6½) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 5…Finished eighth in the shot put (40’4¾) at the Metro Team Challenge on Jan. 23…Had a season-best effort of 42’7 in the shot put at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 5…Took 11th in the weight throw (46’10¾) and 14th in the shot put (42’1½) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.
Before Manhattan: Named throws MVP during both his junior and senior seasons at Fordham Prep High School…Earned Most Improved Thrower honors as a sophomore…Also won two varsity letters in bowling.
