2013-14 Indoors: Ran the 3000 meters at the UAlbany Great Dane Classic on Jan. 17, posting a time of 9:56.27…Recorded a time of 4:50.92 in the mile at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 7.

2013 Cross Country: Had a 29^th-place showing at the Stony Brook Season Opener on Aug. 31, posting a time of 20:41.93 for 6000 meters…Recorded a season-best time of 27:43.80 over 8000 meters at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 19, good for 58^th place…Finished 90^th at the MAAC Championships on Nov. 1, completing the 8000-meter course in 28:25.69.
