2014 Outdoors: Had a season-best effort of 38’6 in the shot put at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 4…Took eighth in both the shot put (35’0½) and discus (117’1) at the Army Six-Way Meet on April 12…Competed in both the shot put and discus at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3.

2013-14 Indoors: Took fourth in the shot put at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 6…Reached a distance of 39’5 in the shot put at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 13…Equaled his season-best mark (39’5) in the shot put at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

Before Manhattan: Earned all-league, all-county and all-section honors as a senior at Putnam Valley High School…Selected as the team’s Rookie of the Year as a freshman…Also played football.
