2014 Outdoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Won the 10,000 meters (32:33.79) and added a third-place showing in the 5000 meters (15:47.32) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 4…Had a season-best time of 15:38.05 in the 5000 at the Army Six-Way Meet on April 12…Took sixth in the 5000 (16:13.53) at the Mark Young Invitational on April 19…Competed in both the 5000 (16:37.28) and 10,000 (34:14.45) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3.

2013-14 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Took second place in the 3000 meters (9:26.0) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 6…Captured second place with an 8:57.75 clocking in the 3000 at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 13…Posted a time of 8:49.60, good for second place at the Army Four-Way Meet on Jan. 11…Secured third place in the 5000 meters (15:15.59) at the UAlbany Great Dane Classic on Jan. 17…Placed third in the 5000 (14:58.49) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 30…Finished sixth in the 5000 (15:03.69) and eighth in the 3000 (8:45.38) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

2012 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Competed in five meets, finishing first among the Jaspers four times and second on the team once…Placed seventh overall at the Stony Brook Season Opener on Sept. 1, completing the 6000-meter course in 20:07.91…Notched a 26:49.45 clocking for 8000 meters at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 15…Finished 38th overall at the Paul Short Run on Sept. 28, posting a time of 26:13.00 over 8000 meters…Secured 35th place at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 27, recording an 8000-meter time of 26:16.26…Ran 10,000 meters in 33:44.50 at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 9.

2012 Outdoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Took fourth in the 5000 meters (16:00.52) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 7…Finished ninth in the 5000 (16:12.72) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Recorded a season-best time of 15:39.87 in the 5000 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 5.

2011-12 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Placed fifth in the 3000 meters (9:09.16) at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 9…Also ran the 3000 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (Jan. 26) and Millrose Games Collegiate Invitational (Feb. 11).

2011 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Manhattan’s top finisher in each of the first three races…Finished 11th overall at the Army Open (Sept. 2), running 5000 meters in 16:07.80…Posted a time of 26:54.09 over 8000 meters at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 17…Completed the 8000-meter course in 27:16 at the Paul Short Run on Sept. 30…Secured 39th place at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 7), notching a 27:18 clocking for 8000 meters…Registered an 8000-meter time of 27:04.3 at the MAAC Championships (Oct. 28).

2011 Outdoors: Posted a season-best time of 4:14.69 in the 1500 meters at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 1…Placed 11th in the 5000 meters (15:47.0) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 15…Finished 11th in the 5000 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 7), posting a time of 16:18.85.

2010-11 Indoors: Notched a season-best time of 4:30.78 in the mile at the Albany Great Dane Classic on Jan. 21…Ran a season-best time of 8:44.16 in the 3000 meters at the St. Valentine Invitational on Feb. 11…Finished 10th in the 3000 at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 18), posting a time of 8:57.88.

2010 Cross Country: Finished eighth at the season-opening Stony Brook Invitational (Sept. 4), completing the 6200-meter course in 21:08.47…Ran a season-best time of 27:32.00 over 8000 meters at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 29…Posted a time of 28:42.10 at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 20.

Before Manhattan: Qualified for the New York State cross country championship meet as a senior at Christian Brothers Academy…Named to the All-Central New York cross country team that season…A three-time all-league performer in cross country…Twice earned all-league honors in the 3200 meters outdoors…Earned the Section III Scholar-Athlete Award…Played defensive line on the football team before switching over to cross country/track full-time.

Personal: Son of Timothy and Molly…Maternal grandfather, Jim Clark, played baseball for the New York/San Francisco Giants, and paternal grandfather, Bernard Voorheis, played professional basketball for the Rochester Royals…Has two sisters, Mattie and Ellen, and one brother, Patrick…Majoring in communications…Born on June 11, 1991.
