2014-15 Indoors: Nabbed both MAAC and ECAC Performer of the Week honors on Jan. 21 after taking fourth in the 500 meters (1:03.14) at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 16…Captured fourth place in the 400 meters with a 49.25-second clocking at the Metro Team Challenge on Jan. 23…Placed second in the 500 (1:04.11) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 5…Ran the leadoff leg on Manhattan’s silver medal-winning 4x400 meter relay team at the Millrose Games on Feb. 14…Earned a pair of silver medals in the 400 (48.57) and 4x400 relay at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21…Made the final of the 500 with a preliminary-round time of 1:03.40, then posted a time of 1:03.01 in the final at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 6.
2014 Outdoors: Opened the season by capturing sixth place in the 400 meters (48.27) at the Shamrock Invitational on March 20…Earned the win in the 400 (47.93) at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 4…Ran the 400-meter leg on Manhattan’s sprint medley relay squad that finished ninth in the Championship of America at the Penn Relays on April 26…Won the silver medal in the 400 (48.58) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3…Placed 15th in the 400 (48.37) at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 16.
2013-14 Indoors: Picked up the win in the 500 meters (1:05.70) at the Yale Season Opener on Dec. 7…Placed first in the 500 at the NYU Team Challenge on Jan. 24, notching a time of 1:04.14…Finished third in the 500 (1:04.69) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 30…Registered a season-best time of 48.81 seconds to take second in the 400 meters at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 7…Earned a silver medal in the 4 x 400 meter relay to go along with a fourth-place finish in the 400 (49.37) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21…Made the finals of the 500 at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 8, ending up third overall with a time of 1:03.34.
2013 Outdoors: Finished fourth in the 400 meters (49.26) at the ASU Invitational on March 22…Tied for sixth place in the 400 (49.56) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Won a gold medal in the 4x400 meter relay to go along with silvers in the 4x100 meter relay and 400 (49.11) and fifth place in the 200 meters (22.55) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 4.
2012-13 Indoors: Took first in the 300 meters (36.1) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1…Placed first in the 300 (34.9) against Columbia on Dec. 7…Grabbed third place in the 400 meters (49.64) at the NYRR College Night at the Armory on Jan. 12…Secured fifth place in the 400 (49.86) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 24…Finished first in the 400 at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 1, notching a season-best time of 49.40 seconds…Won a bronze medal in the 4x100 meter relay while also taking fifth in the 400 (50.01) and seventh in the 200 (22.82) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 15.
