2012-13 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Took third in the 800 meters (2:04.99) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 9…Posted a season-best time of 2:03.60 in the 800 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 15.

2012 Outdoors: Posted a season-best time of 2:02.83 in the 800 meters at the Lions Invitational on April 28…Placed ninth in the 400 meters (54.36) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6.

2011-12 Indoors: Recorded a time of 1:11.89 in the 500 meters at the Yale Season Opener on Dec. 3…Finished fifth in the 800 meters (2:04) at the Manhattan College Invitational on Feb. 8.

Before Manhattan: Named the Spartan Athlete of the Year as a senior at Valley Stream North High School…Earned all-conference and all-county honors in both cross country and track & field…Also a member of the football and wrestling teams.
