2014 Outdoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Opened the season by grabbing third place in the shot put (52’6½) and fourth in the discus (153’7) at the Shamrock Invitational on March 20…Took second in both the shot put (53’11¼) and discus (162’7) at the Mark Young Invitational on April 19…Won the bronze medal in the men’s college shot put with a season-best mark of 54’3¼ at the Penn Relays on April 24…Finished third in the discus (162’0) and fifth in the shot put (53’2¾) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3…Qualified for the IC4A Outdoor Championships (May 16) in the shot put for the fourth consecutive time and the discus for the third straight year, placing 14^th in the discus and 16^th in the shot put hours before marching in graduation.

2013-14 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Won the shot put competition with a toss of 51’9¾ at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 6…Notched first-place finishes in the shot put at the NYU Team Challenge (51’9) on Jan. 24 and the Draddy Invitational (52’6) on Feb. 15…Captured fourth place with a season-best effort of 53’2¼ in the shot put at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21…Took 13^th in the shot put (53’0¼) at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 8.

2013 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Took first in the shot put (49’6¼) and fourth in the discus (146’8) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 5…Finished second in the shot put (50’1¼) and fourth in the discus (151’5) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Placed 18^th in the men’s Eastern shot put (49’3¾) and 24^th in the men’s college discus (151’9) at the Penn Relays on April 26…Captured second place in the shot put (49’10) at the Lions Invitational on April 27…Earned silver medals in both the shot put (51’0¼) and discus (161’4) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 4…Competed in both the shot put and discus at the IC4A Outdoor Championships (May 10) for the second straight year.

2012 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Opened the season by placing fourth in the shot put (52’1¾) and 10^th in the discus (146’9) at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 16…Won both the shot put (51’4¼) and discus (162’4) at the FDU Knight Invitational on March 31…Took second in the shot put (52’1¾), third in the discus (157’5) and fifth in the hammer throw (127’9) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 7…Scored a pair of second-place finishes in the shot put (52’6) and discus (159’5) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Secured seventh place in the men’s Eastern shot put (52’9¼) and 22^nd in the men’s college discus (153’11) at the Penn Relays on April 27…Finished second in the shot put (52’2¾) and discus (158’7) to go along with a fifth-place showing in the hammer throw (158’7) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 5…Qualified for the IC4A Outdoor Championships (May 11) in both the shot put and discus, taking 11^th in the shot put with a toss of 52’6½.

2011-12 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Took third in the shot put (50’11) and sixth in the weight throw (46’2¾) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1…Secured third place in the shot put (51’5½) at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 9…Placed sixth in the shot put (51’8½) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 26…Finished fourth in the shot put with a best effort of 52’4 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 17…Contested the shot put at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 3.

2011 Outdoors: Had a toss of 48’6¾ to capture seventh place in the shot put at the season-opening Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 18…Placed fourth in the discus (134’1) and sixth in the shot put (46’4) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 15…Won the shot put competition (48’4) while also finishing third in the discus (148’3) at the Lions Invitational on April 30…Scored points in three different events at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7, taking third place in the shot put (51’3), fourth in the discus (151’0) and sixth in the hammer throw (142’9)…Competed in the shot put at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 13.

2010-11 Indoors: Placed third in the shot put (52’1¼) at the Metro Coaches Invitational on Jan. 7…Took second place in the shot put (50’10¼) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 28…Won the silver medal in the shot put with a season-best throw of 52’9¼ at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18…Finished 16^th in the shot put with a mark of 50’0½ at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 5.
