2015 Outdoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Opened the season with a 21.61-second clocking to place sixth in the 200 meters at the UTSA Team Challenge on March 20…Recorded a season-best time of 11.08 seconds in the 100 meters at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 15…Ran the leadoff leg on Manhattan’s sprint medley relay squad that placed eighth in the Championship of America at the Penn Relays on April 24…Anchored the Jaspers to a silver medal in the 4x100 meter relay and finished sixth individually in both the 100 (11.26) and 200 (22.47) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2…Qualified for the IC4A Outdoor Championships (May 15) in the 200, notching a time of 22.70 seconds.

2014 Outdoors: Clocked 22.26 seconds in the 200 meters at the season-opening Shamrock Invitational on March 20…Placed second in the 100 meters (11.65) at the FDU Knight Classic on March 29…Took first in the 200 (22.36) at the Army Six-Way Meet on April 12…Notched a season-best time of 10.89 seconds in the 100 at the Mark Young Invitational on April 19, good for third place…Ran the 200-meter leadoff leg on the Jaspers’ sprint medley relay that finished ninth in the Championship of America at the Penn Relays on April 25…Finished fourth in the 100 (11.17) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3.

2013-14 Indoors: Took fourth in both the 60 meters (7.07) and 200 meters (22.65) at the Yale Season Opener on Dec. 7…Scored in both the 200 (fourth, 22.42) and 60 (seventh, 7.02) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 30…Captured first place in the 60 (7.01) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 15…Placed fifth in the 60 (6.99) and sixth in the 200 (22.54) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

2013 Outdoors: Opened the season with an 11.07-second clocking in the 100 meters at the ASU Invitational on March 22…Grabbed seventh place in the 100 (11.11) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 5…Finished sixth in the 200 meters (22.20) and seventh in the 100 (10.98) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Earned silver medals in the 100 (11.02), 200 (22.02) and 4x100 meter relay at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 4. 

2012-13 Indoors: Named MAAC Performer of the Week on Dec. 4 after setting a new school record of 6.6 seconds in the 60 meters at the Manhattan College Opener (Dec. 1)…Took first in the 60 (6.7) against Columbia on Dec. 7…Grabbed sixth place in the 60 (7.06) at the NYRR College Night at the Armory on Jan. 12…Placed seventh in the 60 (7.13) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 24…Won the gold medal in the 60 (6.92) and the silver in the 200 meters (22.42) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 15…Posted a time of 7.14 seconds in the 60 at the IC4A Indoor Championships (March 1).

2012 Outdoors: Ran the 100 meters in 10.94 seconds and registered a 22.29-second clocking in the 200 meters at the season-opening Baldy Castillo Invitational (March 16)…Grabbed second place in the 100 (11.11) and sixth in the 200 (22.19) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 7…Took fifth in the 100 at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (April 13), notching a season-best time of 10.80 seconds…Won bronze medals in the 100 (11.05) and 4x100 meter relay while also finishing sixth in the 200 (22.39) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 5…Posted a time of 11.02 seconds in the 100 at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 11.

2011-12 Indoors: Finished third in the 200 meters (22.46) at the Yale Season Opener on Dec. 3…Grabbed second place in the 60 meters (7.08) at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 8…Secured fifth place in the 200 (22.49) and seventh in the 60 (7.12) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 26…Won the 60 (6.97) and took fourth in the 200 (22.44) at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 3…Picked up silver medals in both the 60 (7.03) and 200 (22.27) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 17…Ran the 60 at the IC4A Indoor Championships (March 3), posting a time of 7.10 seconds.

Before Manhattan: Twice earned All-American status at Half Hollow Hills High School West…Led team to seven county championships…Won the Long Island championship in the 4x400 meter relay as a senior…Holds Long Island records in the outdoor 4x400 relay and school record in the 55 meters indoors…Ran leadoff leg on nationally-ranked 4x200 meter relay squad, which twice won the Millrose Games and set a meet record…A six-time all-state and all-county selection…Also played football and lacrosse.
