2013 Outdoors: Opened the season with an eighth-place finish in the discus (162’2) at the ASU Invitational on March 22…Grabbed first place in the discus (159’1) while also securing fifth place in the shot put (46’0¾) and hammer throw (155’6) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 5…Took first in the discus (161’6) and eighth in the hammer throw (155’7) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Placed fourth in the discus with a season-best performance of 163’3 at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 17…Contested the men’s college discus at the Penn Relays on April 26, placing 25^th with a top mark of 151’0…Competed in four events at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 4, winning the gold medal in the shot put (51’3) and finishing sixth in the hammer throw (155’3)…Had a toss of 48’8¼ in the shot put and a 145’11 effort in the discus at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 10.

2012-13 Indoors: Took third in the shot put (46’9½) and fifth in the weight throw (50’0¾) at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 14…Had a season-best effort of 53’0 in the weight throw at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 11…Won the shot put competition with a mark of 51’7 at the NYU Team Challenge on Jan. 19.

Before Manhattan: Earned All-Catholic honors at Father Judge High School…Team won Catholic league and district titles…Also played football.
