2012-13 Indoors: Secured third place in the 300 meters with a time of 36.5 seconds against Columbia on Dec. 7…Had a season-best clocking of 50.87 seconds in the 400 meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 24…Claimed a bronze medal in the 4 x 400 meter relay and also place ninth in the 400 (51.67) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 15.
2012 Outdoors: Took fourth in the 400 meters at the FDU Knight Invitational on March 31, posting a time of 52.10 seconds…Placed sixth in the 400 (50.55) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 7…Finished fifth in the 400 (50.46) while also running the leadoff leg on both the silver medal-winning 4 x 400 meter relay team and the bronze medal-winning 4 x 100 meter relay squad at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6.
2011-12 Indoors: Placed second in the 500 meters (1:07.45) at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 9…Ran the 400-meter leg in the distance medley relay at the Millrose Games on Feb. 11…Picked up a silver medal in the 4 x 400 meter relay while also notching a season-best time of 50.64 seconds in the 400 meters at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 17.
2011 Outdoors: Notched a 51.34-second clocking in the 400 meters at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 1…Finished ninth in the 400 (51.21) and 10th in the 200 meters (23.14) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 8.
2010-11 Indoors: Posted a time of 51.34 seconds in the 400 meters at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 4…Ran the 400 at the Metro Coaches Invitational on Jan. 7, finishing in 51.51 seconds.
