2019 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed 10th in the 400-meter hurdles at the Monmouth Season Opener, earning a time of 1:09.89...Finished seventh overall in the event at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, recording a time of 1:09.72...Placed 12th in the 400-meter hurdles at the Lions Invitational, recording a time of 1:12.07.

2018-19 Indoors: Earned MAAC All-Academic Team honors...Set a PR in the 300-meters at the TCNJ Indoor Open on December 1, finishing in 10th with a time of 42.99...Set a personal record in the 400-meters at the TCNJ Lions Indoor Invitational on January 12, earning a 15th-place performance with a time of 1:01.34...Placed fourth overall as a member of the DMR team at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, recording a time of 12:31.34...Also set a PR in the 500-meters at Mets with a time of 1:20.73...Placed fifth overall in the DMR at the MAAC Indoor Championships with a time of 12:27.37.

2017-18 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Set a personal best in the 500-meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships, recording a time of 1:23.49 (23rd place)...Also competed in the DMR at Mets, placing eighth with a time of 13:13.14...Earned another career-best in the 400-meter preliminaries at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, recording a time of 1:02.75 and earning 17th place.

2017 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Placed eighth in the 400 meter hurdles (1:17.89) at the Mark Young Invitational on April 1…Ran the 400 hurdles in 1:10.95, good for 11th place, at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14…Finished 11th in the 400 hurdles with a season-best time of 1:09.42 at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Registered a time of 1:12.39 in the 400 hurdles at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6.

2016-17 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Took third in the 800 meters (2:42.25) at the Crowell Open on Dec. 3…Grabbed fifth place in the 500 meters (1:27.15) at the Fordham Vince Forte Invitational on Jan. 13…Posted a 1:03.16 clocking in the 400 meters at the Penn 8-Team Select on Jan. 21.

2016 Cross Country: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Notched a season-best 5000-meter time of 26:36.40 at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 7…Completed 4000 meters in 18:33.00 at the SJU Fall Festival on Oct. 16…Placed 22nd in the coaches race after completing the 5000-meter course in 26:44.00 at the ECAC Championships on Nov. 19.

2016 Outdoors: Placed 12th in the 400 meter hurdles (1:16.89) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 8…Recorded a 1:10.37 clocking in the 400 hurdles at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Notched a time of 1:10.96 in the 400 hurdles at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7.

2015-16 Indoors: Notched a season-best time of 1:24.73 in the 500 meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4…Registered a 1:03.58 clocking in the 400 meters at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21…Ran the 800 meters in 2:31.21 at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet on Feb. 27.

Before Manhattan: Named Valley Stream North High School’s Female Athlete of the Year in 2014-15…Helped Valley Stream North win back-to-back Nassau County indoor championships in 2014-15…Selected all-county in the 400 meter hurdles as a senior…Earned all-conference honors in the 600 meters, 4x400 meter relay and 4x200 meter relay indoors…Outdoors, received all-division nods in the 400 meters, 400 hurdles and 4x400 relay...Also an all-conference soccer player…Chosen as both team MVP and Team Scholar Athlete for soccer.
