2019 Outdoors: Earned MAAC All-Academic Team honors...Competed in the 400-meter race at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, finishing 15th in the event preliminaries with a time of 1:01.13.

2018-19 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Finished third in the 400-meters at the Yale Season Opener on December 8, recording a time of 59.75...Placed 27th overall in the 500-meters at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, recording a season-best time of 1:19.94...Finished 17th in the event at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships with a time of 1:19.95.

2018 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed third in the 4x200 at the Shamrock Invitational with a time of 1:41.30...Also placed fourth in the 4x400 at that meet with a time of 3:56.74...Placed fourth in the 4x400 at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, recording a time of 4:06.96...Also competed in the 400-meters at the MAAC Championships, earning ninth place (58.69).

2017-18 Indoors: Earned MAAC All-Academic Team honors...Won the 4x400 at the Manhattan Opener with a time of 4:08.2H...Won the 500-meter race at the Yale Invitational on January 13, recording a time of 1:18.09...Also won the 4x400 at that meet with a time of 4:02.49...Set a school record in the DMR at the Boston University Terrier Classic, finishing in fourth place with a time of 11:50.06...Earned eighth in the 500-meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 1:17.06...Won gold in the 4x400 at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships at The Armory, recording a time of 3:50.92...Competed in the event at the ECAC/IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championships, finishing 18th in the preliminaries with a time of 3:52.17.

2017 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Placed third in the 400 meters (58.95) at the season-opening Dennis Craddock Carolina Relays on March 17…Finished eighth in the 400 (59.72) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14…Posted a season-best time of 26.29 seconds in the 200 meters at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Won a silver medal in the 4x400 meter relay to go along with a fourth-place finish in the individual 400 (57.95) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6.

2016-17 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Finished first in the 500 meters (1:18.51) at the Crowell Open on Dec. 3…Secured third place in the 500 with a time of 1:17.13 at the Tiger Invitational on Jan. 14…Placed fourth in the 500 (1:16.70) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 2…Ran the opening leg on the 4x400 meter relay at the Millrose Games on Feb. 11…Won a silver medal in the 4x400 relay and a bronze in the individual 400 meters (57.93) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.

2016 Outdoors: Opened the season with a 59.52-second clocking in the 400 meters at the USF Bulls Invitational on March 17…Finished seventh in the 400 at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 8…Had a season-best time of 26.52 seconds in the 200 meters at the Princeton Outdoor Invitational on April 15…Placed sixth in the 400 (59.50) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7.

2015-16 Indoors: Notched a time of 1:16.93 in the 500 meters at the Metro Holiday Season Opener on Dec. 5…Took second place in the 400 meters (59.32) at the Spartan Regional Preview on Jan. 15…Placed eighth in the 500 (1:17.40) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4…Finished ninth in the 400 with a season-best time of 58.45 seconds at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

Before Manhattan: Named a Second Team Times Union All-Star in the 4x400 meter relay as a senior at Colonie Central High School…Ran on the 4x400 relay squad that finished fifth at the 2012 New York State Federation Indoor Championships…Received both the Suburban Council Excellence In Leadership & Sportsmanship Award and Multicultural High School Achiever Award as a senior.
