2019-20 Indoors: Placed third in both the shot put (12.04 meters) and weight throw (14.50 meters) at the Robert Elkin Invitational on January 10...Also finished third in the weight throw at the TCNJ Lions Invitational on January 11, hitting 14.85 meters...Earned a top-15 finish in the weight throw at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, recording a distance of 12.28 meters...Placed 16th in the shot put at Mets with a throw of 11.23 meters...Hit a season-best 15.59 meters in the weight throw at the MAAC Indoor Championships, finishing 10th overall.

2018-19 Indoors: Set a PR in the shot put at the Yale Season Opener on December 8, hitting 12.34 meters and finishing sixth overall...Also finished fourth in the weight throw at the meet, recording a distance of 14.79 meters...Finished second overall in the shot put at Fordham's Brian Horowitz Invitational on January 11 with a throw of 11.42 meters...Nabbed sixth overall in the weight throw at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, throwing 15.49 meters...Finished 12th in the shot put at the MAAC Indoor Championships, recording a distance of 11.84 meters....Also earned a 14th-place overall finish in the weight throw at MAACs with a distance of 12.76 meters.

2018 Outdoors: Set a personal best in the shot put at the Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships, recording a distance of 12.02 meters...Also competed in both the discus throw (25.50 meters, 17th place) and hammer throw (36.84 meters, 11th place) at Mets...Earned a season best in the hammer throw at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, hitting 44.01 meters...also competed in the shot put at the MAAC Championships, earning ninth with a distance of 11.67 meters, and the discus throw, earning 17th with a distance of 31.34 meters.

2017-18 Indoors: Won the weight throw at Fordham's Mike Massone Invitational on January 12 with a distance of 14.98 meters...Also placed third in the shot put at that meet, hitting 11.10 meters...Earned 12th in both the weight throw (12.43 meters) and shot put (10.52 meters) at the Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships...Set a personal best in the weight throw at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships at The Armory, recording a distance of 15.67 meters (eighth place)...Set a personal best in the shot put at the Brother Jasper Invitational on February 23, hitting 11.79 meters.

2017 Outdoors: Finished fifth in the hammer throw (113’10), seventh in the shot put (38’6¾) and 10^th in the discus (109’1) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14…Placed sixth in the shot put (38’1½) at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Had a season-best mark of 124’3 in the hammer throw at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6.

2016-17 Indoors: Opened the season by placing fourth in the weight throw (36’9) and fifth in the shot put (33’2½) at the Crowell Open on Dec. 3…Took first in the weight throw (36’4) and third in the shot put (30’4¼) at the Fordham Vince Forte Invitational on Jan. 13…Had a season-best effort of 42’0¾ to finish 10^th overall in the weight throw at the Penn 8-Team Select on Jan. 21…Got out to 33’6¾ in the shot put at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.

Before Manhattan: Helped Washingtonville High School win the county and section championships in 2016…Named Most Improved Field Event Athlete as a senior…Earned Rookie of the Year honors in 2015.
