Played her prep lacrosse at Ridgewood High School under the direction of Crysti Foote … Earned four letters for the Maroons … Earned All-American honors as a senior … Also was named the Ridgewood Defensive MVP … 2021 Bergen County Women’s Association Female Athletic of the Year … Played club lacrosse for STEPS Blue under Mike Walsh … Also lettered in basketball … Enjoys hiking, traveling, reading and skiing … Has volunteered her time at the Social Services Association food pantry in Ridgewood, and at the Oasis Women and Children Association in Paterson, NJ … Born on February 6, 2003 … Daughter of Sean and Rosie McCooe … Has four siblings: John, Madeline, Cormac and Seamus … Cormac played lacrosse at Lafayette … Two of her cousins attend Manhattan, while her sister-in-law graduated from Manhattan … Is undecided on a major at Manhattan.
