2017-18 Indoors: Won the weight throw at Fordham's Mike Massone Invitational on January 12 with a distance of 15.59 meters...Earned a top-10 finish in the event at the Penn 8 Team Select meet on January 20, hitting a distance of 15.79 meters (eighth place)...Set a personal-best distance of 16.00 meters in the weight throw at the Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships, earning third place...Finished 10th in the event at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, held at The Armory, with a throw of 15.06 meters.
2017 Outdoors: Had a season-best effort of 160’9 to place sixth in the hammer throw at the Dennis Craddock Carolina Relays on March 17…Also secured ninth place in the discus (131’9) and 11th in the shot put (43’10½) at the Carolina Relays…Got out to a distance of 130’0, which was good for ninth place in the discus at the Mark Young Invitational on April 1…Took fifth in the shot put (44’1½) and hammer throw (157’1) and ninth in the discus (136’11) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14…Finished eighth in the hammer throw (157’2) and 11th in the discus (135’8) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6.
2016-17 Indoors: Grabbed eighth place in both the shot put (41’10½) and weight throw (43’9) at the Crowell Open on Dec. 3…Placed seventh in the weight throw (44’9¾) and 10th in the shot put (40’2¾) at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 9…Took second in both the shot put (40’9½) and weight throw (48’6¼) at the Fordham Vince Forte Invitational on Jan. 13…Ended up eighth in the shot put (42’5½) and 10th in the weight throw (46’5½) at the Penn 8-Team Select on Jan. 21…Secured seventh place in the weight throw with a season-best effort of 51’4¼ at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 2…Finished ninth in the weight throw (50’10¾) and 12th in the shot put (43’2½) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.
Before Manhattan: Captured the New York State championship in the discus and also named all-state in the shot put as a senior at Seaford High School...Won county championships in the shot put and discus outdoors, as well as in the indoor shot put and weight throw in 2016…Earned all-conference recognition three straight years during both the indoor and outdoor seasons…Also played football, receiving all-conference honors as a senior.
