2011 Outdoors: Ran the 800 meters at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 1, posting a time of 2:01.62...Finished 14^th in the 400 meter hurdles (1:05.19) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 15...Took 12^th in the 400 hurdles at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 7), recording a season-best time of 1:04.42.

2010-11 Indoors: Opened the season with a 4:47.41 clocking in the 1500 meters at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 4...Notched a season-best time of 2:02.30 in the 800 meters at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 4.

2010 Cross Country: Placed 36^th at the season-opening Stony Brook Invitational, completing the 6200-meter course in 24:47.92...Had a season-best time of 30:56 over 8000 meters at the MAAC Championships (Oct. 29).

Before Manhattan: Competed on both the indoor and outdoor track & field teams at Monroe-Woodbury High School, setting a personal best of 1:57.44 in the 800 meters...Also played soccer all four years.
