2011 Cross Country: Opened the season with an 18:18 performance over 5000 meters at the Army Open (Sept. 2)…Recorded a time of 29:27.60 for 8000 meters at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 28.
2011 Outdoors: Ran the 1500 meters at the Dick Shea Open on March 25, posting a time of 4:21.47…Posted a season-best time of 1:59.81 in the 800 meters at the Lions Invitational on April 30.
2010-11 Indoors: Clocked a season-best time of 1:59.12 in the 800 meters at the St. Valentine Invitational on Feb. 11…Finished 10th in the 800 at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 18), posting a time of 1:59.41.
2010 Cross Country: Posted a time of 29:30 over 8000 meters at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 8…Had a season-best time of 27:51.80 for 8000 meters at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 29.
Before Manhattan: Named MVP of the indoor track & field team at Xavier High School…Served as captain of the cross country team, as well as both the indoor and outdoor track & field squads…Also competed for Xavier’s swim team, twice earning Most Improved honors in that sport.
