2017 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Placed third in the discus (147’7) at the Dennis Craddock Carolina Relays on March 17…Took second in the discus (149’6) at the Monmouth Season Opener on March 24…Secured second place with a season-best performance of 156’5 in the discus at the Spec Towns Invitational on April 7…Won the discus competition with a toss of 148’11 at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14…Grabbed third place in the discus (142’8) at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 21…Had a mark of 145’9 in the women’s college discus at the Penn Relays on April 27…Secured fifth place in the discus (137’6) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6…Got out to a distance of 152’3, which was good for fourth place in the discus at the ECAC Outdoor Championships on May 12.

2015 Outdoors: Selected to both the MAAC All-Academic Team and Capital One Academic All-District Team…Secured first place in the discus with a toss of 146’9 at the Rider Invitational on April 11…Took first in the discus (154’5) at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 15…Finished ninth in the women’s college discus (156’9) at the Penn Relays on April 24…Won the silver medal in the discus (156’5) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2…Qualified for the ECAC Outdoor Championships in the discus for the second year in a row, getting out to 134’4, which was good for 18^th place.

2014-15 Indoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2014 Outdoors: Named MAAC Performer of the Week on April 1 after finishing sixth in both the shot put (47’8) and discus (155’4) at the ASU Invitational (March 28)…Had a season-best effort of 48’4¾ in the shot put at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 4…Grabbed first place in the shot put (47’0¼) and second in the discus (160’2) at the Army Six-Way Meet on April 12…Took second in the women’s Eastern shot put (46’1¼) and fourth in the women’s college discus (160’5) at the Penn Relays on April 24…Captured the silver medal in both the shot put (47’11¾) and discus (156’5) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3…Secured fifth place in the shot put (47’11¾) and also threw the discus at the ECAC Outdoor Championships on May 16…Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the shot put.

2013-14 Indoors: Secured first place in the shot put with a mark of 46’3½ at the NYU Team Challenge on Jan. 24…Won the Metropolitan Indoor Championship in the shot put with an effort of 42’1½ on Jan. 30…Had a season-best toss of 46’8¼ in the shot put at the Armory Collegiate Invitational on Feb. 7…Took second in the shot put (44’6¾) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 15…Finished second in the shot put (44’4¼) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

International: Captured the gold medal in both the shot put and discus at the 2014 Swedish Junior Championships…Finished fifth in both events at the 2014 Swedish National Championships…Won the shot put competition at the 2014 Nordic-Baltic Under-23 Championships.

Before Manhattan: Recorded personal-bests of 48’9 in the shot put, 153’2 m in the discus, and 140’9 m in the hammer throw…Finished 11^th in the shot put at the 2013 European Junior Championships in Rieti, Italy…Took second in the shot put at the 2013 Nordic Under-20 Championships.
