2018 Outdoors: Opened the season with a fifth-place performance in the triple jump at the TCNJ Invite, hitting a distance of 10.37 meters (w)...Earned ninth in the event at the Metropolitan Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a distance of 9.95 meters...Placed second in the triple jump at Monmouth on April 22 with a jump of 10.43 meters...Hit 10.29 meters in the triple jump at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, securing 12th place. 

2017-18 Indoors: Won the triple jump at the Manhattan Opener, hitting a distance of 10.63 meters...Placed 18th overall in the event at the Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships with a jump of 10.02 meters...Cleared 10.60 meters in the triple jump at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships at The Armory, placing 12th.

2017 Outdoors: Placed sixth in the triple jump (32’10½) and had a season-best leap of 14’8½ in the long jump at the Monmouth Season Opener on March 24…Captured ninth place in the triple jump with a mark of 33’3¼ at the Mark Young Invitational on April 1…Finished ninth in the triple jump (35’10) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6.

2016-17 Indoors: Finished third in the triple jump (35’9¼) at the Crowell Open on Dec. 3…Placed sixth in the triple jump (34’2¼) at the Penn 8-Team Select on Jan. 21…Got out to a distance of 34’9 in the triple jump at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.

2015 Outdoors (at Suffolk CC): Named an NJCAA All-American in the 4x100 meter relay and triple jump.

2014 Outdoors (at Suffolk CC): Won the NJCAA National Championship in the triple jump…Also finished sixth in the long jump at the NJCAA Nationals…Set a school record of 10.90 meters (35 feet, 9¼ inches) in the triple jump.

Before Manhattan: Qualified for the New York State Championships in the triple jump as a senior at Centereach High School.
