2017 Outdoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Took third in the 110 meter hurdles (15.27) and fourth in the long jump (22’9) at the Dennis Craddock Carolina Relays on March 17…Grabbed third place in the 110 hurdles (15.08) and fourth in the triple jump (46’2) at the Monmouth Season Opener on March 24…Had a season-best leap of 23’6¾, which was good for second place in the long jump, while also capturing fifth place in the 110 hurdles (14.94) at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 8…Anchored the Jaspers’ school record-setting shuttle hurdles relay that was third in the Championship of America at the Penn Relays on April 28…Also competed in the men’s college triple jump at the Penn Relays, getting out to a distance of 45’2½…Placed first in the triple jump (49’2¼), third in the 110 hurdles (14.93) and fourth in the long jump (23’2) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6…Finished 17th in the triple jump (45’3¾) at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 12.

2016 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Scored points in four different events at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 8, finishing second in the long jump (21’7¼), third in both the triple jump (43’1½) and 400 meter hurdles (57.43), and sixth in the 110 meter hurdles (16.53)…Secured third place in the triple jump with a mark of 44’10¾ at the Princeton Outdoor Invitational on April 15…Led off Manhattan’s quartet that set a school record in the shuttle hurdles at the Penn Relays on April 28…Placed third in the triple jump (48’6¾) and fourth in the long jump (22’10½) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7…Got out to a distance of 46’10¼, which was good for 14th place in the triple jump at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 13.

2015-16 Indoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Recorded a season-best time of 8.97 seconds in the 60 meter hurdles at the Metro Holiday Season Opener on Dec. 5…Secured ninth place with an 8.94-second clocking in the 60 hurdles at the Spartan Regional Preview on Jan. 15…Finished 12th in the long jump (21’0½) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4…Took eighth in the triple jump (43’5) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 13…Placed eighth in the triple jump (44’11) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

2015 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Had a season-best time of 15.18 seconds in the 110 meter hurdles at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 3…Also placed third in the triple jump (43’7¾) at the Sam Howell Invitational…Finished fourth in the 400 meter hurdles (56.57), sixth in the 110 hurdles (15.58) and eighth in the long jump (22’0¾) at the Rider Invitational on April 11…Registered a season-best 400-meter hurdle time of 55.43 seconds at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 15…Competed in four events at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2-3, taking second in the triple jump (46’11¾), eighth in the long jump (21’8¼) and 400 hurdles (56.62), and ninth in the 110 hurdles (15.30).

2014-15 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Finished third in the triple jump with a season-best leap of 45’11¾ at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 5…Took sixth in the 60 meter hurdles (8.55) and eighth in the triple jump (44’6) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 5…Placed fifth in the triple jump (45’5) and 12th in the 60 hurdles (8.58) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

2014 Outdoors: Opened the season with a third-place showing in the 110 meter hurdles (16.30) at the FDU Knight Classic on March 29…Placed second in the triple jump (44’6¼) and third in the 110 meter (15.18) at the Army Six-Way Meet on April 12…Equaled a season-best time of 15.18 seconds, which was good for fourth place, in the 110 hurdles at the Mark Young Invitational on April 19…Secured fifth-place points in the triple jump (46’2½) and also took sixth in the 110 hurdles (15.22) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3.

2013-14 Indoors: Grabbed fifth place in the triple jump (45’8) at the NYU Saturday Night Shootout on Jan. 18…Secured sixth place in the 60 meter hurdles (8.81) while also taking ninth in the triple jump (43’9¾) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 30…Won the 60 hurdles (8.72) and finished fourth in the long jump (21’1¼) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 15…Scored points in two events at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21, placing sixth in the triple jump (45’5¾) and seventh in the 60 hurdles (8.64).

Before Manhattan: Competed in track & field for 15 years…Earned a total of six medals at the Swedish Youth and Junior Championships.
