2017 Outdoors: Earned Third Team Academic All-America status…Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Notched a time of 54.37 seconds, which was good for fourth place in the 400 meter hurdles at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 8…Placed first in the pole vault (14’11), second in the 400 hurdles (55.61) and fourth in the 110 meter hurdles (15.40) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14…Led off Manhattan’s school record-setting shuttle hurdles relay that took third in the Championship of America at the Penn Relays on April 28…Scored points in three different events at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6, finishing first in the 400 hurdles (53.72) and sixth in both the 110 hurdles (15.28) and pole vault (13’11¼)…Registered a 55.58-second clocking in the 400 hurdles at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 12.

2016-17 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Contested four events at the season-opening Crowell Open on Dec. 3, finishing first in the 60 meter hurdles (8.49), fourth in the pole vault (14’9½), eighth in the long jump (19’2¾) and ninth in the shot put (41’3¾)…Placed first in the pole vault (14’5¼) and fourth in the 60 hurdles (8.58) at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 9…Cleared 14’5¼, which was good for second place in the pole vault at the Tiger Invitational on Jan. 14…Had a mark of 14’9 to grab third place in the pole vault at the Penn 8-Team Select on Jan. 21…Earned MAAC Field Performer of the Week recognition on Feb. 7 for his winning performance of 5081 points in the heptathlon at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (Feb. 2-3)…Ran the 4x400 meter relay at the Millrose Games on Feb. 11…Took third in the pole vault (15’3) and fourth in the 60 hurdles (8.40) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.

2016 Outdoors: Chosen to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Posted a season-best time of 15.12 seconds in the 110 meter hurdles at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 18…Ended up third in the 110 hurdles (15.30) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 1…Won the decathlon with a score of 6284 points at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 8…Registered a 15.15-second clocking, which was good for fourth overall in the 110 hurdles at the Princeton Outdoor Invitational on April 15…Anchored Manhattan’s school record-setting shuttle hurdles squad at the Penn Relays on April 28…Placed fourth in the 400 meter hurdles (53.84) at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Took second in the 400 hurdles (53.77) and tied for fourth in the pole vault (14’5¼) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7…Finished fifth in the decathlon (5003) at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 13.

2015-16 Indoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Finished second in the pole vault (14’3¼) at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 11…Scored 4919 points to take first in the heptathlon at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4…Placed third in the pole vault (14’9) and seventh in the 60 meter hurdles (8.39) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21…Won the gold medal in the heptathlon with a score of 5087 points at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 4.

2015 Outdoors: Named to MAAC All-Academic Team…Took second in the decathlon at the season-opening UTSA Team Challenge on March 20…Grabbed fifth place in the pole vault (14’5¼) to go along with sixth-place showings in the 110 meter hurdles (15.28) and 400 meter hurdles (55.89) at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 3…Ended up fourth in the 110 hurdles (15.36) at the Rider Invitational on April 11…Recorded 6483 points to place third in the decathlon at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 15…Finished third in the 400 hurdles (54.54) and fourth in the pole vault (13’11¼) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2…Secured fourth place in the decathlon with a personal-best score of 6495 points at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 15.

2014-15 Indoors: Selected to MAAC All-Academic Team…Had season-best efforts of 8.58 seconds in the 60 meter hurdles, 21’4 in the long jump and 5’10½ in the high jump at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 13…Took third in the heptathlon (4235) at the Army Five-Way Meet on Jan. 9…Named MAAC Field Performer of the Week on Feb. 10 after winning the heptathlon at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (Feb. 5)…Sat in second place after six events before posting a time of 2:46.19 in the 1000 meters to earn the heptathlon victory with 4829 points at the Metropolitan Championships…Competed in the pole vault at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 21), finishing fourth with a leap of 14’9…Placed 12th in the heptathlon (4705) at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 6.

2014 Outdoors: Placed second in the shot put (40’1½) at the FDU Knight Classic on March 29…Scored 5107 points to place fourth in the decathlon at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 16…Cleared 14’9, which was good for fourth place in the pole vault at the Lions Invitational on April 26…Contributed to the team score in three different events at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3, finishing second in the pole vault (15’3), fifth in the 400 meter hurdles (57.21) and eighth in the 110 meter hurdles (15.59)…Took fourth in the decathlon at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 16, collecting 6284 points.

2013-14 Indoors: Won the long jump (20’11¼) and took third in the shot put (37’8½) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 6…Recorded 4791 points to place second in the heptathlon at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 13…Did the heptathlon at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 30, finishing fifth with 2563 points…Grabbed fifth place in the shot put (38’4) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 15…Tied for seventh in the pole vault with a leap of 14’3¼ at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

Before Manhattan: Had a career-best performance in the indoor heptathlon on Jan. 28, 2012, setting all-time best marks in six of the seven events…Cleared 4.60 meters (15’1) in the pole vault on July 20, 2012…Established a personal-best of 55.67 seconds in the 400 meter hurdles on July 27, 2013.
