2012: Played in 13 contests before missing the rest of the season with an injury…Started nine games in the circle…Hurled two complete games and struck out 25 hitters in 41.2 innings pitched…Went the distance against Holy Cross at the Rebel Spring Games on March 10, surrendering just two earned runs and four hits while striking out six…Got the start in right field and collected first collegiate hit against Lafayette on March 12…Had six strikeouts against Nebraska-Omaha on March 13…Belted a double and scored a run against Cleveland State on March 14…Allowed just one earned run in five innings against Howard at the Rebel Games (March 14)…Earned first collegiate win against Stony Brook on April 5…Tossed a complete game against the Seawolves, allowing two runs on seven hits and striking out three…Tied a career-high with six strikeouts in just 3.2 innings of work against Albany on April 11.

Before Manhattan: A four-time all-league selection at Fayetteville-Manlius High School…Twice named to the All-Central New York team…Hit .396 and posted a 1.15 ERA in 2011…Tossed a no-hitter on May 1, 2010…An All-Central New York pick and state qualifier in diving as a senior…Also made five sectional finals in diving…Qualified for six State Championships and consecutive Junior Olympics (2007-08) as a ski racer.
