Finished first in the hammer throw and third in the discus with a new PR at the UNF River City Spring Break Classic (Mar. 16-17)....Picked up a pair of second place finishes in the hammer throw and discus and a third place finish in the shot put at the Outdoor Metropolitan Championships (Apr. 8)....Set a new PR and school record in the hammer throw at the Larry Ellis Invitational (Apr. 14-15)....Won a pair of gold medals in the hammer and discus alongside most outstanding field performer of the meet at the 2023 Outdoor MAAC Track and Field Championships (May 6-7)...Finished third in the hammer throw at ECACs (May 12-14)....Finished in 36th at NCAA East Regionals (May 25-27).

2022-2023 Indoors
Won the weight throw at the MLK Tribute Invite (Jan. 16)....Finished second in both the weight throw and shot put at the Ramapo College Opener (Jan. 20)....Set a new PR in the weight throw in a fifth place finish at the 115th Milrose Games (Feb. 11)...Won a gold medal in the weight throw, a silver medal in the shot put and most outstanding field performer at the Indoor MAAC Track and Field Championships (Feb. 18-19)....Finished seventh in the weight throw at ECACs (Mar. 3-5).
