Recorded four top-ten finishes in four different events, 4x100, 4x400, long jump and javelin throw at the Outdoor Metropolitan Championships (Apr. 8).

2022-2023 Indoors
Leaped to a sixth place finish in the long jump at the Crowell Open (Dec. 3)...Finished sixth in the long jump at the MLK Tribute Invite (Jan. 16)....Served as a leg of the 4x400 team that finished second at the Indoor Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 3)...Scored in the 4x400 relay in the Indoor MAAC Track and Field Championships (Feb. 18-19).

2021 Outdoors: Placed ninth in the 100 meter hurdles in a personal-best 16.67 at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/8-5/9) … Also was 24th in the long jump (4.26 meters) … Lept a season-best 4.35 meters in placing fifth at the Tom Farrell Classic (5/1) … Took third in the Peacock Invitational in the 100 meter hurdles (16.96) … Was 20th in the 200 meters (29.75) at the St. John’s Invitational (4/16) … MAAC All-Academic Team honoree.

2020-21 Indoors: Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season.

Before Manhattan: Specialized in the 55-meter and 60-meter hurdles, as well as the long jump at Kings Park High School...Earned all-division honors four-times...Also earned all-league recognition twice.
